Hello, My name is Jaein Ryang. I booked a 2-night stay through Booking.com by 587.64 dollar , but I did not check in at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and instead arrived at 10:00 a.m. the next day. Because of this, my room was marked as a no-show and not held for me. A hotel employee told me I needed to pay a late fee (about $267) and rebook. I also contacted Booking.com and was told by a hotel employee that they could rebook me with the late fee for one night. I paid $270.22 at the hotel at check-in. But when I checked my credit card, I saw that Hotel.com did not adjust the original booking, so I ended up paying about $587.64 to Hotel.com (for two nights) and $270.22 to the hotel directly (for one night). This means I was charged for three nights but only stayed for two. I believe I should be refunded for one night’s charge. Details: Original booking: 2 nights via Booking.com/Hotel.com (~$587) Rebooking/late fee at hotel: ~ about $257 ( not exact price ) (one night) Total paid: ~$844 for a 2-night stay Please review this and help process my refund for the extra night I did not stay. You can reach me at (408) 515-5990. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Jaein Ryang

We did not try the breakfast. We like that we are able to buy pastries and croissants from the cafe on the second floor

Certain parts of the bed mattress has uneven depression

Breakfast was good with a decent spread. Great Salmon benedict. After a while though I frequently ate at the Market (small cafe downstairs) because they had a wider selection of healthy and cold foods which I could store in the fridge. Acai oats was awesome and I wish I could have eaten it 5 more times. King Room on 39th floor is good, with an awesome view of Seattle skyline and the ocean. Though for some reason they made the couch face into the room, rather than the gorgeous view; I turned it around for the duration of my stay (don't worry, I turned it back before leaving). Hotel itself is quite new and very clean.

No room service, but Market delivers cold food for a $5 fee. I was on business travel but even then it seemed unnecessarily expensive. The Market is open 6am to 11pm so normally I just went downstairs.

Everything. Room was huge, very spacious. Bed was really big and comfortable. Whole space was super clean and modern. Bathroom was also very spacious and shower was fantastic. Views were great from the 25th and 42nd floor - especially the 42nd as they were totally uninterrupted. Fantastic range of facilities, including the Sixt rental attached to the building. We enjoyed it so much we cancelled another hotel we had booked on our way back from the Olympic Peninsula and rebooked here!

In both rooms, the alarm clock went off at 6am, not having been set by ourselves. We could also hear them going off in other rooms when we actually switched ours off for the next morning. Would recommend this be checked during housekeeping!

Great central location. Convenient self-parking lot on site. Mimi at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Make sure to use the $15 daily rebate at the market on 2nd floor.

My credit card was charged 3x’s the amount of my stay. After checking out and looking at my credit card statement, I had to drive back to the hotel, wait in line and talk to an employee. She apologized and said there was a malfunction with the credit card machines and it should clear in a couple of days. This was on Saturday, June 13 and I am still waiting for the charge to clear! It has put a damper on my summer vacation, having been charged over $3,000. Very stressful and frustrating. Make sure to check-out and request a receipt.

The breakfast was good, and there were a lot of choices. The hotel was very nicely appointed, and staff were very friendly and accommodating, they wanted to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The breakfast that was included was at something like a walk-up cafe, it was VERY busy every morning and took a long time to get our food. We requested to eat at the actual restaurant and the staff accommodated our request, so that was very much appreciated.

Room - exceptional! Had a room on a high floor and the view was completely unblocked, letting me see the Seattle cityscape. Everything else was great from the bed, pillows, bathroom, desk, etc. Location - a very convenient short 10min brisk walk to Pike Place and an equally short walk to AWS offices. The Seattle Convention Center is just across the road.

Nothing! Would definitely stay here again.

The beds are very comfy and of a reasonable height. I used to suffer getting up on the bed because of very high mattresses. the option of having water in the room made it very easy for us because of the lack of close by supermarkets or vending machines. The staff are so nice and friendly and helpful. i loved the wifi connection all through the hotel, helped me a lot during my moving from one conference room to another during the conference sessions.

Nothing. everything was so good

Relatively clean, modern, good location, felt safe, a lot of dining options.

Confusion regarding breakfast credit. Was told conflicting things about where the credit could be used. The coffee place said it could be used for the buffet, the buffet manager seemed unsure but sat us anyway to make up for the confusion (he was wonderful). Please make the breakfast credit system more clear to your staff during training!

Besides its central (and safe) location, our room was very spacious and well appointed with thoughtful amenities, e.g., a motion-sensor night light at the bottom of each nightstand and a sizable work table that doubles as a makeup table. And amazingly large windows that provide views and natural light! The best part: literally, every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, unpretentious, eager and able to assist.
