It was clean. The area was really nice. The hot tub wasn’t open. Most of the staff was really good.

We were told that if we called, we could get the shuttle to come and pick us up from the airport when we returned. Our car called and my wife could hear in the background that they said they didn’t really want to come and pick us up we had to take up Uber, very satisfied with that part of it. It cost me money out of my own pocket when it should’ve been something free from this hotel I truly feel that Wyndham hotel should pay for my fair to get back to the hotel.

The inside was beautiful! The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The common areas were very fancy!

The tub needs replaced! It was old, chopped and stained. The room was modern and clean and fresh, the tub has seen better days. And the water didn’t get hot. It went to a luke warm no matter where you turned the knob to.

Shiva at the front desk was very nice and professional.

The second bed in the room , the mattress box was broken and fill through the frame to the ground , sleeping on the bed was very uncomfortable, the room needed more maintenance and details attention.

The area is a bad area. But we had to travel in order for my son to meet his BEST online friend of 5 years, and this area was our halfway point. My husband instantly spotted the new owner. (Can you tell we travel a lot?) He was as kind as he could be! Smiling when our two boys screamed of joy to see each other. The rooms were clean, updated. The pool room was amazing and it didn't feel like we were in the area that we were in. The hotel has a lobby that is lovely and contributed to so many good memories for my family. My only complaint is the deposit policy that is NOT stated on booking. When we arrived at 11, we had 1 hour to get $100 cash or they'd keep our money and we'd have to leave. Had the owner been there that night, I don't think this would have been an issue. The female at the desk was very rude, but the owner and his wife were charming. We WILL return to the hotel. They keep everything inside orderly and clean!

The deposit that wasn't states on booking. The lady at the front desk was rude. Everything else was exquisite. Especially the breakfast.

We arrived right after a huge storm and tornado. No one had power and they stayed open to accommodate us for the night. We didn’t get to enjoy the property but the staff were friendly and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it if we could have.

Great location! Staff was very friendly as we checked in. Loved the gas fireplace in the lobby. Pool was great! God breakfast choices! Room was comfortable and very clean.

We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working.

Bed was awesome, breakfast was great, room had great space, comfortable & had everything I needed. Laundry & snacks/food at front desk was a great bonus! Prime location!! Will stay again, next visit to Cleveland.

Close to the highway

Wall sconces appeared to have some bad wiring. Lights kept flashing off and on. Had to turn them off. Left with very little light. May have been the bulbs but didn’t bother me bad enough to really worry about it.

I really enjoyed the scenery the lounge areas are inviting and nice to look at. The stay was comfortable and the windows open

The eggs and sausage at breakfast were ice cold. They have a waffle and pancake griddle tho which is nice

The only thing I can say is they do not have any vending machines for drinks and do not have any in the coolers. I had to go out at 1:00 AM to find something to drink for my family.
