This is a lovely apartment hotel with service and cleanliness you won't find anywhere today. The hotel was built by the father of the family several decades ago, and today his three children work and manage the hotel at the best level there is. As mentioned, the hotel is old but maintained to a very high standard, The rooms are large, The air conditioners are excellent. the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and many utensils. The pool is large and clean, there are plenty of seating areas around the pool and also shaded corners. Next to the pool there is a drinks bar that is open all day and also a kitchen where you can order breakfast. There is even a small gym that was enough to keep fit even on vacation. An absolute delight of a place to stay. Philip and Sophie and the whole Tsialis crew were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we arrived they made sure that our week there was memorable. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was done everyday. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and there are 2 or 3 mini marts within a 2 minute walk for provisions. We were on the second floor so had a wonderful sea view and also a lovely view of the beautifully manicured and colourful gardens. Getting there from the airport is very easy too. Just get the 425 bus at the airport to the hotel. It stops virtually outside the hotel and costs just €2.40 if you don't know the way just ask the driver for the stop. Much better than a €30 transfer. Whilst we were there Philip and Sophie booked us on various full day guided tours of the Nicosia Ghost city and other tours costing approximately €30 each which also pick up and drop off very close to the hotel. I honestly could go on for ages. But the Tsialis was a truly lovely place to stay. Thank you Philip and Sophie for a truly lovely holiday. See you again soon when we book to return to beautiful Cyprus. PS. Before i forget. The little supermarket just to the right on the main road is a great place to buy your little Cyprus gifts Loads of Cyprus sweets and an awful lot cheaper than anywhere else especially the airport.

Nothing at all

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. To be honest we had previously stayed at two very good and expensive hotels, but... I couldn't afford to spend so much money so we opted for a cheaper 3 night stay in Larnaca before travelling back. We arrived at the Tsialis hotel thinking there was no way it would match up and we would regret the change. However, as from minute one it felt like we were at home. It was the perfect place. We will return next year.

Fantastic hotel. Very specious one bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave) and a massive balcony with both sunrise and sunset view. Bath tub with shower. Comfortable bed, large wardrobes. Daily room service. Swimming pool with sun beds. 5 minutes walk to the beach (not sandy beach though). Great location, right next to bus stops (425 to Larnaca and airport) and 711 to Cape Greco, Nissi, Konnos and Ayia Napa. Plenty of grocery shops and restaurants around. 15 minutes walk to a local butcher. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.

Everything. First of all, Sophie and the rest of the staff were some of the friendliest and nicest people you can meet, and I can honestly say every interaction with them left me with a smile on my face. The location was great, just across from the beach (which you can access through the hotels across the road or on the beach entrances that are scatered on the road) and next to the bus stop, stores and taverns (Dino’s for your groceries and La Veranda to eat). You have daily cleaning (spotless), and I was pleasantly surprised that the beds are some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. You have basically a 2-3 room appartment with a nice terrace outside and a nice view (either the sea or the beautiful garden that’s on the propriety)…what more can you want?. It’s not noisy at all during the night, despite being close to the road so no need to worry about that. I can honestly say it’s the best value you can get for your money, and it’s the perfect middle ground when it comes to luxury and affordability (affordable doesn’t mean cheap). I totally recommend it, and I’ll DEFINETELY be back next year!

This is the perfect place to stay on your vacation in Cyprus! We loved how clean and tidy everything was, including the pool area and the breakfast area. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Our flight was delayed and Phillip waited past reception hours to welcome us and offered juice, tea and bottled water. We had to stay some extra nights and they were super flexible and helpful with everything! We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for everything.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this holiday apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and never too crowded, making it perfect for both morning swims and lazy afternoons. Another big plus was the location. The beach was just a short walk away, many shops and restaurants around, which made it easy to enjoy the holiday without needing a car or public transport. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept apartment with great amenities and lovely hosts, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Tsialis Hotel is located close to the beach, in a quiet area, close to public transport. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The space at the entrance to the hotel is well thought out for recreation, with billiard and foosball tables. The pool is very clean, and the space next to the pool is well thought out to offer you moments of relaxation. You can order breakfast, which is rich and tasty. The staff is very kind, and their advice is competent and helps tourists a lot to find entertainment areas, car rentals, places to eat. The beach is about 300 meters away and is in a very quiet place, and the water is amazingly clear.

Everybody was so warm and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms and facilities were always clean. Food was fantastic and a good range of drinks were available. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Excellent location with good bus links to airport and centre, plus walking distance from the beach. Shop just round the corner and a range of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The absolute highlight was the staff - nothing was ever too much trouble and they took the time to get to know us. We are already in the process of booking our next stay as we had such an excellent time here. Highly recommend & many thanks to all.

It was a wonderful stay at Tsialis Hotel Apartments. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always making sure that everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also excellent – everything is close by, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service – it truly made a difference. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

While the decor may not be the most modern, it absolutely doesn't take away from the overall experience. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and everything is perfectly functional.
