I liked how the staff greeted me with a smile and they were very helpful throughout the stay. I also liked the comfort of the room and the ability to prepare my own meals. I also liked how Popeye's chicken was right across the street.

I didn't like the bed. To me it was too hard and I just could not get comfortable. I didn't like how I was trying to get something from the vending machine and it wouldn't read or accept my card. I also didn't like coming back late at night from church and finding very little parking. I didn't like how the room wasn't freshened up daily. I mean I shouldn't have to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

Ruth the asst. manager and all the staff are awesome. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. We have stayed at the Marriotts in the Morgantown area quite a bit and I would choose this hotel, before I choose a Marriott property again. Marriotts want too much money, their staff thinks more of being on their cell phones, than their guests, maintenance of their properties and the cleanliness of their hotels, don’t even compare to this property’s. Rooms are very clean, great prices, great maintenance upkeep and very friendly people, that work at this hotel. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and Ruth and her staff, at the front desk.

More parking spaces upfront near the hotel. Someone pulling a trailer took up 4 places, when 4 separate vehicles could have parked there. They told us at the front desk, that doors lock after a certain time, because there is not a 24 hour front desk person. I understand that’s how this hotel operates and I was ok with that, but on our last night there (Saturday night), I was coming back in after midnight and the front entrance door was not locked and I walked right on in, without using my room key for entry. Not sure if you all would call that a security issue, since the front desk and the hotel, does not have a 24 hour front desk person.

Pros: I liked how updated it was. It felt safe. The front desk staff was great! The lady that helped me check in told me that they lock the doors at 9:30, and to use an alternate key card only door if we came or left. It felt really safe. She also gave us a snack pack with popcorn, which was very nice. The room was also really clean.

Cons: I was woken up at 3:45 am from the people above us. It ruined the trajectory of my whole day. I know it’s not the hotels fault. I don’t think it was the other patrons fault either. When you walk, it felt like the whole room shook. It’s impossible to walk normally without it sounding like stomping. It’s also a little hard to find. It’s behind a few other businesses and the road isn’t clearly marked. Signage on the main road would help.

Building looked great. The rooms were quiet. There was a large fridge, a dishwasher, cook top, dishes, etc. The set up of the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Could have stayed there for longer duration.

There was no breakfast but it was set up more as an extended stay vibe so it was understandable.

Room was super clean and staff were super nice! They gave my girls goody bags when we checked out! You could hear kids running but it quieted down around 9pm so it was easy to get my girls to sleep. Beds were very comfortable! Only thing they didn’t have was breakfast but it was fine.

Very clean, very comfortable pillows and bed. I love that you get a text from them after check in offering anything you may need, as well as other info about your stay. The place smelled amazing! The desk ladies were great. Would definitely recommend.

We were on the 3rd floor and you can hear the walking above you. I'd just request the top floor.

The room was nice and clean with a small kitchen, great if you are staying a bit longer or planning on cooking in instead of going out. They also were very helpful and friendly when I needed to adjust my reservation.

It was a bit tricky to find in the back of a huge parking lot. The parking lot was a bit wonky because of hilly terrain, but was in good condition.

Was pleased there was a full kitchenette in the room. I saw it in the pictures, but still didn't think a regular double room would have it. Also, beds were super comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating with getting us a phone charger we had forgotten.

A breakfast would've been nice.

Good value, clean, staff/personable

Much appreciated that the location was pet friendly. The catch...no where to walk my dog. Recommend - jump in the car, turn R, town park on L about 1/4 to 1/2 mile with space, trail to walk your pup. Saw after departure.

Clean comfortable room with an especially comfortable bed. The service from every person that we dealt with from the hotel was impeccable. It was a hotel suite at the price of a room.

I could not find 1 thing that I did not like about my stay.
