Lovely girl at reception. Thanks. Bus stop just across the road but in front of the hotel for a 20 minute $2 ride downtown. Saves taking the car. Food outlets nearby too.

Breakfast just a minimal pass.

It was so close to Broadway that we could take Uber and Lyft. The manager was very friendly. Our room was clean. The neighborhood wasn't great but this is the second time we have stayed there and we felt safe. Convenient. Mainly just a place to sleep. Had honey buns for breakfast and coffee which is all we need

Sketchy neighborhood. But hotel is kind of tucked back so we did not feel afraid.

It was clean. Looking from outside didn't expect it to be that clean. Staff was friendly. Plus it was quick and easy to get to hospital from there. Plenty of food places around it. Bed was clean and comfortable.

It's an older building could use some updates. I wasn't too found of the area.

The shower head didn’t work well.

Concrete walls you can turn the TV volume up to 11.

Location, location, location. Nice hotel. Room was nice. Enjoy staying there.

Having to pay 25$ for our dog to stay there 3 hours. We had made arrangements for some one to meet us at the hotel to pick up the dog. It was either that or pay the charges of having a dog in the room.150$.

Staff friendly, rooms are clean, not noisy. Was able to sleep well, bed comfortable. Hotel is not that far from hospital and clinics

Great accomodations for $. Very disappointed still such STRICT COVID Rules. They need to review rules.

Not even able to enter NO SHUTTLE to Airport as advertised on Booking.com and NO BREAKFAST!
