Location to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and spacious. Gym was always clean every morning and had a good variety of things to do. Bartenders in the restaurant were awesome and so fun to talk to. I loved the little coffee shop and public balcony on the 4th floor so you could go see an amazing view without even leaving the hotel(but could use some chairs out there to relax)

Parking situation. Says there's parking when you make the reservation. Could be more clear on the fact it's all public parking and even in the off season you will basically be forced to do valet unless you want to walk a block to your car. Also none of the showers were on or working so when you came off the beach covered in sand there was no way to rinse off except for you shower in your room.

I highly recommend this hotel! We loved our stay! We’re always a bit hesitant when it comes to trying different hotels but when we planned a trip to jacksonville beach, we looked up the reviews and were pleased with the hotel. The amenities are great and the restaurant on property is amazing. You’re right there at the beach, and there are so many shops and other things to do near the hotel. The room was amazing, great views and a huge closet. We opted into a king bed and it exceeded our expectations. this hotel in general is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Jacksonville.

We absolutely loved the location and vibe of the hotel. The pool is awesome and so in the very large lobby area. You can spend hours in the lobby watching the waves or people on the beach or just reading or listening to the awesome 70s of music. The partial view of the ocean was actually a full view on our balcony by just turning our chairs in the direction of the ocean. We definitely will be back.

The pizza from the lobby, Joes Merchant is just awful. I would not recommend it. I didn't try anything else from there. I wasn't really impressed with the Landshark seafood restaurant either. However, I am allergic to seafood and ordered a hamburger and fries. The room was awesome except for the water pressure and temperature. We had to run the shower several minutes before the water would get warm. We tried at all hours during our 4 day stay so it doesn't appear to be a demand issue.

It was on the beach and I had a room with a balcony facing the beach. Sunrise and sunset views were exceptional

The arrangement of the suite. The sitting area was out of the view of the beach. The bedroom was the view which was great but no chairs to sit and relax and enjoy. Had to go through bedroom to get to balcony. We moved chairs from sitting room into the bedroom to relax in. Also. When you park and go in to check in, there are no instructions or signs. You come in from the bottom floor and have to go up to the next floor to check in. We were nit the only one confused upon arrival.

Great location and beautiful facilities on the beach.

We had four rooms with late check-outs since we were there to do family pictures on the beach. The cleaning staff cleaned one room while we were out and wouldn’t let us re- enter it, and the other room doors were locked with our stuff still inside of them. We were going to stay and enjoy the beach for a couple hours, but after an hour of trying to get back into our rooms, we decided to go ahead and leave. The hotel did take off the late check-out fees since we left by noon.

I LOVED everything about this location. It was so beautiful and clean. Right on the beach. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom!! I liked how our room had a separated area closed off with French doors for the kids to sleep with their own TV and couch fold out bed which was comfortable and provide privacy! The amenities were so well decorated with an awesome beach vibe! The pool area was clean and so nice! will definitely go back here!!!

I honestly couldn’t find one thing that I didn’t like.

Nicely kept, close and easy access to beach, 5 person accommodation available, employees were friendly, efficient and gave great recommendations for places to eat.

Bathrooms didn’t have a towel rack for either the bath or hand towels. Only had a 2 prong hook to dry clothes or hang anything. Housekeeping only provided 4 towels for a 5 person room and had to call every time for an extra one. The balcony for the oceanfront room we requested was too small (narrow) to have a chair to sit outside. During the weekends, should always have at least 2 valets on duty to get the cars since we are being charged for it! Lastly when making the reservation, wasn’t informed that rates during Monday-Thursday was quite different than Friday-Sunday (almost double in price)

I love the staff. They are exceptional. I love the room. It was extremely spacious and the view was exactly what we wanted. Waking up to the sunset was awesome. We will be back with our children soon.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged the morning of checkout and I cash out instantly to make sure we were not charged to the room. We did not have anything at 7:39 from landsharks because it isn't even open that time of the morning. That was very upsetting

Lovely, quality facility. Clean, comfortable rooms. Valet was very easy to use and friendly. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great coffee at the little coffee and breakfast shop. Beautiful view and location.

The elevator setup was somewhat inconvenient. Certain elevators did not get you where you needed to go without a lot of walking around. The restaurant staff seemed to be inconvenienced by our wanting service the one time we ate downstairs. We chose not to eat or drink there the rest of our stay and it was fine. I think it’s becoming more normal to give subpar service and still expect a good tip because it’s hard to find people to work. Even the greeter (who appeared to be a manager) seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to eat there.

The property was beautiful. I like the design and decor. Very welcoming environment! The staff were great especially the valets!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room and I didn’t know that I could have asked for one until a day before our stay was over.
