-Staff was polite, friendly and helpful -Nikola came to help me with my bags when I arrived, reception is on 3rd floor, a lady (didn't get her name) willingly helped me down at checkout. -I was given clear instructions at check-in, offered room sandals. -central location, walking distance to the attractions, cafes/restaurants/grocery/bakery/bars/liquor shop all nearby. -tucked on a side street away from the noise and hustle bustle -room was very clean at check-in, it was on the small side, and shower had clear glass, but it was cute and comfortable, and enough for solo traveller and couples. -room had a big window that opened to let in fresh air. -bed was comfortable, and there were 2 types of pillows, I slept like a baby. -water heater was efficient, hot/cold water on demand, and with good pressure. -overall I was happy, would stay again, and will definitely recommend it.

-I was there for a week and the bedsheets and pillow cases were changed only once, even though I requested service 3 times. The bed was made with the same sheets and pillow cases I slept on. -the shower was not cleaned for the whole week. Even though I rinsed the glass shower after each use, the water is hard, and the droplets dry visible, which gives off a dirty look. -the kettle needs cleaning or changing, there were sediments inside the kettle and in the water after boiling (bottled water). -these were not deal breakers as I was barely there to be immensely bothered.

The location, the interior decoration and exceptional friendliness of staff.

There is no elevator and the reception and the rooms are on the second floor. The tea/coffee set is in the eardrobe. A small table with a chair would be nice. There is no luggage holder so you have to keep your suitcase opened on the floor or take everything out and put it the wardrobe, which is already hall full with coffee/tea set and a small fridge for the mini bar. The bathroom could use a towel hanger or two. The room entrance area could use a coat hanger or two (for the jacket, a bag, a hat). There are minor improvements which could be done quickly and a little money.

The place was par excellence, sparkling clean and modern, with all the amenities for a short stay, kettle, coffee, tea were provided. It is in the heart of the old town, still peaceful. A lot of places to eat, around, shops, pastry shops, restaurants, bars, 5 mins from the tourist attractions like Skadarlija, Knez Mihajlo Street, downtown. The receptionist was amazing, I had issues with the maps and he was navigating me on the phone for 10 mins. Thanks again, much appreciated. Highly recommended, A+++.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the location in the very center of the city, facing the courtyard, secured parking, new rooms with comfortable sleeping mattresses made our stay in Belgrade unforgettable. I want to thank the kind staff who went out of their way to make us stay longer in the room.

Excellent location with easy access to everywhere. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had no issues throughout our stay-everything was perfect. Highly recommended. If I come back to Belgrade again, I will definitely stay in the same place again.

The walls are quite thin, so you might find yourself unintentionally competing in a noise contest with the neighboring room..

Well, it is situated in the city center close to everything. Nice and helpful stuff and clean, yet simple amenities. There is a small bakery right across from the hotel, which is a good breakfast option.

There is no elevator, which can be unpleasant when traveling with lots of luggage. Not accessible for travelers with special needs. The beds are a bit smaller than normal and not super comfortable either. I was staying one night - so it worked fine, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The suits are located at a convenient location in Belgrade. We could park our car in front of the property for a price of 20 Euros per night and they let us stay a bit later as we arrived very late. The staff was very helpful and carried our luggage upstairs as the suits did not have an elevator.

The bathroom glasses were a bit weird with see through but thats not a big concern.

The Level Luxury Suites offer a perfect place to relax after a hard day of work on a business trip. I choose a room with a jacuzzi and I can warmly recommend getting one to everybody else. The suites are centrally located and within walking distance from the main square and the pedestrian area. Furthermore, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and can give you directions and tips on local restaurants and bars.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

The professional staff was always helpful and standby for anything we asked. We reserved a airport transfer which is more value than to call a taxi. Also we asked about any activities and we got a boat cruise which was nice. I want to praise the cleaning staff for everyday cleaning.
