My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and we were delighted. I have to admit that we haven't stayed at a better hotel in a long time. We have no complaints. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the food and service are excellent, the interior of the hotel and rooms are excellent, as is the spa. From now on, whenever we come to Belgrade, we will stay exclusively at this hotel.

The hotel is located close to the city centre and it's perfect for exploring local attractions. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful in advising us what to visit and see in Belgrade. Rooms are cosy with a wonderful view and big thumbs up for breakfast! We really enjoyed it and are looking forward to visiting again! :)

My stay at Bristol Belgrade was truly special. A historic hotel transformed into timeless luxury, with art-filled interiors and beautiful river views. I arrived late at night and was warmly welcomed into a spacious suite with flowers, fruit, sparkling wine, and Aesop amenities. The bed was pure comfort — pillows, mattress, and duvet like sleeping on clouds. The spa exceeded all expectations: Ana’s massage was the best I’ve had in years, more of a ritual than a treatment. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette. The ground floor is beautifully designed with a stylish lobby, chic bar, cozy library, and winter garden. Most of all, the staff made the difference: warm, attentive, and sincere. A short stay was enough to fall in love with this hotel. Highly recommend.

Stunning interior, lobby, SPA, restaurant - all is top notch. The staff is very helpful.

There were some technical issues with the room (the hotel had just opened) but the hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations in solving these issues and making us feel comfortable.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming — they greeted us warmly and sent us off just as kindly. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The treats and refreshments were delightful. We had dinner at Beatrice Restaurant, and both the food and the service were absolutely excellent. They even arranged a hairdresser for me — the staff truly took care of everything. Many heartfelt thanks to the whole team. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect place, amazing room and incredible service

This was a wonderful stay for me and my partner. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the room we stayed in was very nice. It was convenient having breakfast added in as part of the stay and the selection of food was good.

Beautiful hotel premises. The fully renovated historic building, which houses the Hotel Bristol, combines the best of history and the present. The modernly equipped interior literally breathes with cleanliness and surprises with a combination of soft colors that create the impression of comfort and a cozy "home". The whole atmosphere is enhanced by a part of the lobby with a fireplace in which the fire never stops burning. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and elegant with furniture and equipment with large storage space in the staters. The staff is highly professional, who will gladly fulfill your every wish. The restaurant and bar offer a selection of excellent international cuisine and cocktails, but the chef and bartender will also be happy to prepare a meal or cocktail according to your tastes and preferences even outside the menu. Truly world-class in everything you will find in this hotel.
