The property was fantastic, it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops nearby. I had a hire car and there was an allocated parking space for the apartment. The facilities in the apartment were superb plenty of towels although we were there for 20 nights so washed ours at a laundry with our clothes. Kitchen facilities were great, the living room and bedroom had air con but we only used one when required the bedroom had absolutely lots of storage for clothes, the bathroom had a great shower there was liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner too. The apartment we had was beach vibes and although optimistic before arrival I was very impressed and we will certainly stay here again, there was going to be an issue with the water mains down the road but emails were very informative that we were going to have no water for a couple of hours during the day but as we were out all day it did not affect us one bit

There was nothing we disliked

The owner has 6 apartments. We stayed in the "Sunshine Vibes Villa" apartment on second floor. The place is in a great location just minutes from the beach and minutes from the many restaurants on the boardwalk. Awesome -> A lot of kitchen equipment to be able to cook your own breakfast or dinner to save money on the very expensive restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent. For check in you will receive a link where you will upload the photo ID and will get the door PIN by 4pm on the date of arrival.

Very loud air conditioners. Especially if you are from Europe and are not used to air conditioners ;) We stayed at the end of January and the nights were quite comfortable so we didn't need the air conditioning. But in the summer it might disrupt your sleep. Just a note to international travellers: You need a phone and data to be able to access the check in link to get the door PIN number to enter the place.

Great location. Only steps to the beach and many great restaurants. Recently renovated and clean apartment. Small, but good for 3 people. Any more would have been too crowded. Close to Hard Rock Cafe and Casino and Guitar Hotel. Walking distance to access the Water Taxi to Ft. Lauderdale. Close to airport. Any questions I had prior or during our stay was answered via email or text.

Would have liked to have hooks to hang towels and/or clothes. More towels also. Only had one washcloth and bath towel per person for 5 nights. And one hand towel. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed for a short stay, but did not find a wine opener. Parking spaces were very narrow. Be careful parking.

The apartment matches the photos, and everything was perfect. There's parking in front of the building, delivery for food arrives very quickly, it's just steps away from the beach, and the contact person responds extremely fast; using and accessing the washing machine is also very easy.

Overall, the apartment is very quiet. However, I would like to point out one thing for those who are light sleepers: the air conditioning is quite noisy, but earplugs can easily solve that problem.

The parking was a little tight if they could just make it clear where everyone parking spot is. If we would leave in our car and come back someone would have our parking spot that was assigned to us

The rugs in the living room and bedroom need to be changed or gotten rid of. The place is clean but the shaggy rugs are not vacuumed and are very dusty with hair strands apparent.

We love the location, the property itself. The facilities and how clean it was. The staff were easy to talk to and can reach easily. We love everything about the property

Parking. Though there was a parking provided for each unit just that its a bit tiny specially for m car thats a mini van i could occupy two slots already

Excellent and responsive staff that get back with you immediately. Someone accidentally parked in my parking spot and within minutes they had him remove his vehicle. They provided us with high chairs for the kids, a bunch of chairs for the beach, and even shovels and sand castles for the kids to play on the sand. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and had everything you needed including Roku TV. They make it feel like home. And if you want to be close to the beach, it doesn’t get closer than this place. From the front door of the apartment it’s about 45 seconds until you get to the sand. Highly recommended!!

Very good location - close to boardwalk, beach, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and water taxi.

There was a rod to hang clothes on but it was so high that we could not reach it & no step stool. The tub was very slick with no tub mat or hand rails.
