I was impressed by the property's comfort and cleanliness. The new facilities add a modern touch, making it an excellent place to relax, enjoy your stay, and explore the Napa/Sonoma area.

I was disappointed to find that there was a $18/day charge for parking on the premises. This fee was quite unfair, especially given the overall cost of the stay. It would have been nice if the parking had been included or at least more reasonably priced.

Everything was perfect and location was close to vineyards...if your looking to be in a countryside setting then you need to know it's around businesses but the joy of the experience in the lobby is worth the visit to this area of town...very clean and wonderful staff!

Little road noise and a little bit urban area with traffic

I picked this hotel on a whim, looked nice on the website, and thought I'd try it. I was meeting some girlfriends and needed to stay somewhere lighted and safe. As I approached the hotel, i was so happy. It's a nice, well lighted area. I came thew the doors from the parking lot and was graciously greeted by the front desk. The staff at the front desk were exceptional. I didn't get their names, but they were so welcoming and open, smiling and professional. I have been in the airline business for 25 years and customer service means a lot and you got it right. Thank you

the only thing I didn't like about the room were the gray and white heavier bath towels, I didn't like the way they smelled. I actually dropped it on the floor because it did not smell fresh and used the all white towels. (Loved the purple face towel for make-up)

Very lovely hotel...I must say the best part was their wonderful staff! Everyone working there was very nice, but Diego at the front desk went out of his way with helpful suggestions and kindest!

I probably wouldn't get a room facing the main street again...if I had known ahead of time I would have requested a non front on the street location. Also the parking of 18$ a night is NOT necessary.

To whom it may concern, I stayed at you're property on June 11th for 1 night. Everything was good with the room/stay. The only issue I had after the check in was, the front desk person gave out my key to someone else and that person enter the room. I was told that the manager was going to addressed this situation and I still haven't heard anything from the manager. I need to know how y'all going to addressed this situation. This incident shouldn't happened at all with any of you're guests. Thank you

Great hotel, great amenities, close enough to Napa center. We had lots of fun in the hotel.

Our room was not cleaned. apparently we had to specifically ask to get our room cleaned. This was not told to us but only mentioned in the wifi pass note. We didn't know that and our room was left dirty the day after. When we turned to the reception they did help us with replacement towels but it was still dirty.

Location was good to get to Napa Downtown quickly. Also to get out of the area.

Location is a bit grim near construction and a mobile home park. Not really conducive to walking around. There really is no restaurant, just a place to get food.

Paying $18 for parking outside was excessive. Also it is not within walking distance of downtown for a night event. It didn’t feel safe to walk in the dark. We like to walk but felt that advertisement was misleading.

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The bathroom lighting was good to get ready in and shower was a good size.

The shower wall looked like it wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been but everything else looked good. Lots of noise and footsteps above us.

Clean and well staffed

The parking should be included for guests paying $200 a night or more. Shows a level desperation or deception. I know it’s printed on the website but we shouldn’t have to comb over small details like that just include it in the price. My room key was void right at noon or shortly before is that normal?
