The location was exceptional! Being right on the water you can watch the sun rise over the lake every morning. In the evening, a large firepit was available for anyone to join and only steps from the beach. The grounds were very well maintained and decorated for the fall season. The rooms were super clean as was the indoor pool and all other amenities. Their breakfast was the best with choices of eggs, sausage, different omelets waffles, cold cereal and freshly baked cinnamon buns. Free shuttle to and from the ferry dock to Mackinac Island also.

Loved the tea/water/coffee bar in the lobby! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and view was great! The courtyard had a flower border that was beautiful! Breakfast had a good variety...better than other hotels in the area.

Room keys expired after 4 days and we couldn't get into our room after a long day. Had to get them reset - maybe they can manually change the amount of active days based on how long the guest stay is to avoid this. scrambled eggs could use some improvement - very bland and had a weird texture.

the few things that I didn’t enjoy #1 Doors tend to slam loudly it triggers my PTSD. you can hear absolutely every door in the building. it’s like an earthquake. that’s usually what I wake up to lol. #3 peep hole in room 411 is cloudy #4 room darkness wasn’t the best. #5 no microwaves.

It was beautiful, all the rooms had a lakeside view. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options. The pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The lake view area had a beautiful campfire pit set up.

It’s on the outskirts of town where everything is located but it’s not bad because everything was still within a 5-10 minute drive!

The beds were very comfortable. Less than 5 minutes after turning off the TV, I was asleep. I loved the view of lake Huron from my balcony. Direct access to the lake. I really only use a hotel room as a base to shower and sleep. I feel like my room is secure, so I don't worry about what is left in the room, which allowed me to focus on having fun. The persons behind the desk were really nice and very patient. I had to go to my car for my credit card and then go out again for my license plate #. Super easy checkout too. If I go back to St. Ignace, this is where I'll be staying

Noisy neighbors. Kids running through the hallway and slamming doors. Not the hotel's fault.

The property was located on Lake Huron with a beautiful view. The property is close to the ferry docks to Mackinac Island.

Everything was great. Everything was clean except the porch off our room was full of spiderwebs and dead bugs. I asked for a broom and cleaned it up so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. It may have been an oversight that the porch was dirty. Aside from that we loved everything about our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location on the lake. Outdoor seating area. The pool and hot tub were great and the shuttle to Mackinaw was easy. The breakfast buffet was great. Beds were comfy.

The hotel could use a little TLC. It has some wear noticed on the inside, but it was very clean and comfortable.

Great location. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing. We loved those girls. They were so helpful. I like that they had Dove products. That was nice.

The carpet needs cleaned. It’s really stained on the way to the elevators. They said there was a fire pit and would have a fire every night but that didn’t happen. When we talked to the night desk lady she said it might be because of a fire ban.

The hotel is very nice and the location on the lake is ideal. We came with another couple and they made the arrangements for us.

The price of the room was about double what we usually pay, but we understand that location has a lot to do with that.

The breakfast was good. The kids loved the pool and the hot chocolate. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs, which made it a true family vacation. The view was incredible. The staff was delightful.

There were a total of 8 spiders in our room. But we understand that happens especially in the UP
