Straightforward and functional for a short stay next to the harbour terminal. Nicw old building. Good breakfast and very quiet in October. Firm bed. Good free parking and electric scooters nearby for easy access to city. Helpful service and my request for additional cleaning of toilet after check in was immediately dealt with.

The room furnishing could have used a makeover. The room had a broken old floor lamp, which could have been removed. Shower adjustment was a bit difficult due to old tech. Some might find the window curtains s a bit inadequate for complete darkness. Walking distance to city center quite long although nice sceneries all the way.

This was our second time staying at the Seaport, it's great for before or after a ferry trip. It feels a bit on the older, less modern side, but the rooms are generously sized, everything was clean, in good/great condition and very comfortable with enough outlets. The beds/bedding seemed pretty new, and they were quite comfortable. The breakfast is pretty typical fare for Finnish hotel breakfast – nothing too fancy but everything was tasty, fresh and plentiful.

This was our second stay at this hotel within a week. We were on the return journey from Stockholms to Tampere, Finland via Viking Line ferry. Turku is the transfer city. In the coming journey, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the afternoon, and the old Castle was closed. My child asked me for a visit next time and I promised him. In Sweden, I booked the hotel again according to my previous experience. In the next morning after 12 o'clock, we checked out and I waited in the hotel hall, enjoying my book and the TV. It is an extraodinary feeling. I wish my child may one day become a waiter at this hotel, enjoying and relaxing life and work together. The waitress told me told me how to take bus to the city center for the train. Miss you all together.

The hotel’s location at the harbor is excellent. Right next to the viking line ferry but also very close to Silja Line. My room was spacious and it had a fridge and many finnish, swedish and german tv channels. From the hotel it is also easy to reach the maritime museum, castle and a nearby food store. The hotel is clean and in good shape, but you can see that the decor and style of some of the furniture comes from some years ago, if such things matter to you. For a stay to get to the ships easily next morning or when arriving from the ships this is a good location. The restaurant is open late, but not extremely late, so worth checking if planning for some midnight dininig.

It is a convenient location, as you are exiting the ferry you immediately see the hotel. The hotel is located in an old warehouse, turned hotel, with two floors, the reception and restaurant with some rooms on the ground floor, and the rest of the rooms on the first floor. Staff is friendly and helpful, and there in case someone needs something. It is great that after certain hours no guests can enter the hotel, as it is locked and you'll need a key-card from your room to enter. It is some 15-20 minutes walk to the central core of the city, but it is definitely worth the walk as you can take several paths and see different parts of Turku.

WiFi could be improved on the first floor, as there was no signal, or one bar of WiFi signal in room #274.

The breakfast was easy and delicious. The location is fantastic to set off on a ferry. The bar within the hotel is nice. High quality toiletries.

The layout of the room is bad for someone who is into fengshui. Not enough light to lit up the room in the evening. Power outlets are at obscure position, making it easy to forget chargers.

The hotel location is quite close to the ferry harbour, where my family took the Viking Line to stockholms in the morning quite conveniently and timely. Also there is maritime museum and old castle within the walking surroundings. The breakfast is tiny but sufficient for the ongoing see travellers.

No problem. The servicemen are quite hospitable.

For my standarts, the staff was one of the nicest and help full people I have met. The price was great, room was big.

The location is bit industrial and bit further from the center, but thats a very minor thing.

Great location if you’re traveling by ferry and want to stay overnight in Turku before or after your travels. Nice breakfast.

Sound proofing in the room wasn’t great. Also, it was a bit smelly (pipes?) in the lobby and restaurant area.

Excellent location in connection to my business purposes, which was the reason for my choice. Friendly & efficient staff. Spacious, clean and functional room with all basic amenities.
