A lovely little motel just outside of Tauranga's CBD area. It didn't look like much from the street, but we were pleasantly surprised once we checked in. First impressions were positive following our initial interactions with the on site manager. He was cheerful and helpful, supplied us with milk and pool towels, and came to assist us during our stay with the Sky connection, which he resolved without hesitation. The room was comfortable for the 5 of us and the bathroom was modern. There was also a spa, pool, trampoline and small playground which the kids loved. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

The beds were a little firmer than my typical preference, however, it was fine.

Our first family holiday with a 4 year old and 7month old and it was absolutely perfect. A little home away from home. The description matches the facilities perfect and we loved the extra features of the swimming pool and playground. Being able to park outside our motel door was an added bonus. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly and we’ll definitely be back. Our bathroom made us feel like we were staying in a fancy resort. A fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals and an added bonus of the staff helping with a laundry requirement when the baby strained her clothes. Above and beyond service!!

Location is great very central, check in experience is very easy and quick, room is clean and tidy. Really enjoy the hot spa pool to soak away my sore muscle after the walking trail and small swimming pool to cool down after wards.

It's a bit pricey, especially for 1 person. I wish you have single room or discount for quite month.

great customer service, lady at reception very nice and welcoming. Rooms were very nice and had a homely feeling to them which made the stay feel much more comfortable, great location as take away shops, supermarket and hospital are only just down the road or right next to motel. 100% recommend.

Breakfast wasn't included. The location was fine for what I needed, however it is close to a main road with heavy traffic day and night which may not suit everyone.

I wasn't too impressed to be woken from 7.00 am by workmen ripping out the plumbing and other items in the room directly next door to mine. This work continued for the next 3 weeks. No notification of this work was given by the management! Not good customer service really!

it was easy to find, well located, nice pool & spa, despite the bad weather boys all went in and enjoyed it. Sky TV is a great addition to the package.

I didn’t take much, was surprised that they didn’t have a little courtesy hand & body cream to offer, and some herbal tea, but they have all else, shampoo, conditioning, coffee, black tea and chocolate powder sachets. my faux, not theirs - I’ll stay again for sure, and now I know what to take.

The unit was clean and tidy and well supplied with utensils, towels etc. Despite being an older style the unit it appears to be well maintained. The guests appeared to be mostly working people such as truck drivers, so there were no loud parties. The location was excellent for my purposes.

There was a certain amount of traffic noise from Cameron Road, but this diminished significantly at night.

I loved that there was a pool and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom and beds were very clean and the staff vacuumed our room every day and remade our beds.

I didn’t like the fact that it was advertised that there was a washing machine and dryer yet when I asked where it was I was told there was a laundromat down the road I could use. The kitchen could’ve been a little bit cleaner, ie the walls, backsplash and light covers could definitely do with a wipe down.

Check in was easy. Taxi for 6.30arranged. Milk offered. Payment by cc made check out at 6.30 a a breeze

Took me a while to track the e/blanket lead all tucked in with the sheet. Had an accident with the coffee mug handle and was unable to apologise. Booking on line was a trifle confusing for a dinosaur like me

Spacious rooms, small kitchen, new en-suite bathroom available, small playground and trampoline for kids, very helpful and friendly staff

Trash wasn’t emptied from previous guests (dirty nappies), but rest was all fabulous
