Adam and Kat were so friendly and the breakfast was so good and plenty to eat it was very hot and the bacon had all the fat cut off which was really good for me as I am very fussy and hate the fat. Kat knew what we wanted for breakfast each day so it was nice she remembered what we both liked. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable had a very good sleep both nights. Each day Kat asked if we needed anything extra in the room like coffee milk etc which i felt was so good. I will be very happy to stay there again in the future
Nothing could be better it was all brilliant

The hotel is in an excellent location, central all local amenities. The room was a good size and clean. The bed as comfy enough, one of the pillows was a bit lumpy but the other made up for it. Breakfast was good offering cereals, fruit and yogurts as well as the usual full English and toast.
Not to say I didn't like it but if I am being picky I think the sausage with breakfast could be a better quality, it was a bit "standard." A nice Cumberland or Lincolnshire really would uplift the breakfast. There was nothing I would consider worthy to say I didn't like or was unacceptable.

Comfortable stay.Welcoming hostess, who kindly carried my case to and from my room on the top floor (which I am extremely grateful for).Room was small, but had everything I needed and was clean.Lovely cooked breakfast breakfast.Other guests were friendly and polite. No noise from other rooms.Only a short walk from train station and not to far to walk to beach, shops and the Embassy Theatre. Have stayed in other bed and breakfasts nearby and haven't been made to feel as welcome as I have here,so would be happy to stay here again.£100 for two nights was a bargain!

Kat and her hubby were very good host's, making sure you had everything you needed, hotel in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, etc, room very comfortable and clean, maybe a couple of new pillows and towels wouldn't go amiss , the breakfast was very good, all sorts on offer, will definitely be back xx
We didn't not like anything, maybe a lick of paint in the room we stayed in to freshen it up, : ceiling The parking was ok, we managed to get a parking space over the 3 days we were here, could do with a proper car park though, !

I.ve been to the Craigdide a few times and I always received a warm welcome which is what me and my partner like.kat and Adam who run the Craigside are lovely people and they go above and beyond to make our stay relaxing..the craigside is clean and tidy..if you need fresh towels or toiletries you only need to ask for them..the breakfast is beautiful..they have a wide range of cereal and you can choose from pots of porridge or fresh fruit or yoghurt..and it's great value for money too weather your going as a couple or a family with plenty of parking at the rear but limited parking on the street.great hotel and kat and Adam are a lovely couple.me and Tracey go every year.we love it there..

The room had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and Cat and Adam were very happy to make adaptations to suit each guest. Cat is the most wonderful hostess. Staying on my own I was a little worried about whether I would feel comfortable and safe. Cat was so friendly and helpful she put me at ease right away. I wonderful family run B&B. I will definitely use again.
The shower was a little small but the water was hot and the shower was powerful so it more than did the job. This is certainly not a complaint as it did the job.

Kat was an absolutely brilliant host. Attentive. Chatty and nothing seemed like it was too much trouble. Even when we were running slightly late for our expected check in time. Location for price was spot on and would and probably will return next summer. Food was all fresh and the rooms were well decorated, ventilated and the hotel is spacious. The whole hotel also smells fresh and the area is quiet at night despite being at peak summer holiday season (visited on an August weekend)
Only one very minor point which wasn’t significant enough to mark the hotel down. I think a small shelf below the mirror in the bathroom would be beneficial.

The location is excellent as it's in middle of everything so you 5-10 minutes walk from beach , restaurants and arcades but it's far enough away so you not right on front amongst all hustle and bustle , the host is really friendly nothing is to much trouble , rooms are lovely size there's tea and coffee making facilities the shower is brilliant 😁
The bed was really comfy but bit low for me as I suffer with bad back other that everything was perfect we've actually stayed here twice now and rebooked to go back in September 👍

Lovely people !! Very friendly stay. Fantastic breakfast with a veggie option too. Nice shower and plenty of hot water. Loads or tea/coffee in room. Great location with easy walks to the pubs etc.
Really sorry but if we are honest we found the bed uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin and the bed rather low, but we didn’t say anything as we’re only there for a couple of nights. May be ok for others so please don’t think we’re moaning

Very happy staff Very welcoming and made sure I was happy with everything The breakfast was cooked lovely along side providing different options if I didn't want a full cooked breakfast with cold and hot drinks The mattress and duvet was very comfy and the room I was giving was a lovely size very cosy and came with a hairdryer and drink facilities of tea, coffee and hot chocolate along with milk Only a 5 minute walk to the sea front
The pillows was not very puffy and seemed thin even with 2 pillows and i woke with a sore neck but that's just my personal preference
