welcoming and hospitablr front desk staff, excellent bed, very nice breakfast buffet, which was well staffed.

The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing when entering and throughout. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was good and we slept well, the room size and separation of bedroom/living room was very nice. The hotel is located very close to just about anything you'd want to do, so many restaurants, a huge mall and plenty of shopping. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in future.

Our toilet was a bit wiggly but that's not a deal breaker.

The cleanliness was a big plus. The staff was good noise level not so much. Someone had a pool party in the wee morning hours. We didn't complain some things happen at times and could be unavoidable. Overall we were pleased but cleanliness was number 1 for us.

I liked the friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff kitche staff very personable loved conversation.. We enjoyed the BBQ dinner on Friday evening 😋. Nice surprise. Rooms are very spacious. Enjoyed everything else.

Only one small thing was a stained curtain. It looked like something red splashed on it. By the bed. Didn't want to touch. Gave 9 instead of 10.

bugs in shower bathroom was not clean

The breakfast was good, the rooms smelled so clean, it felt like it has been updated recently.

The price was a little steep for us, or we would have stayed 2 nights. We did agree that we'd be willing to pay it again to stay here though if we need to stay in Concord again.

The location was great. The employees was nice and friendly.

room was little tight limited drawer space the fridge, microwave and compact coffee maker were in awkward spot bathroom didn’t have working vent , toilet had a wiggle about it and spout for tub wasn’t seated properly like it should have been door to the room had a pretty good gap down the latch side , didn’t need a night light because light from hallway shining through, lol

very clean room and facilities— gym is tiny but has machines…

the elevators are a little small and one button operates both—not a deal breaker, but be willing to take the stairs during a busy time…there was a wedding party and concert goers here at the same time so the issue was evident.
