Everything was beyond expectations, just perfect. The hotel is close to the beach, in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. We had a room with direct acces to one of the pools from the terrace of our room, with private sunbeds. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms and all common areas (bar, restaurant, pools etc) are always very clean. The food is great (both buffet breakfast and dinner). The design of the hotel is very pleasant, everything looks amazing and the facilities are great. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to coming back!

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable room. Nice pools . 5 min from beach. Hotel is very quiet . Nice breakfast. Stuff are very kind and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The room was large and the bathroom was excellent with a bath and shower.

The hairdryer couldn’t be used as it was attached to the wall inside the bathroom cupboard and didn’t pull out far enough to be able to dry hair, also you couldn’t use the socket as it was partly covered by the soap dispenser . It was difficult to dry and style hair in the bedroom as there were no mirrors . We didn’t enjoy the selection of food at the evening meal , we were B&B but had two evening meals .

It has a good location and has excellent staff. Everyone working in this structure is very kind and ready to help. We particularly appreciated the possibility of benefiting from a courtesy room because our plane was scheduled to depart late in the afternoon, and we wanted to enjoy the sea a bit more. The courtesy room is a completely equipped room where guests who have already checked out can shower and relax a bit before leaving, The hotel is near all the major features of Adeje, and many restaurants and shops are within walking g distance. The structure is new, with many facilities. I appreciated the two extra sets of towels for going to the beach or relaxing in the pool.

Breakfast was not great. we appreciated the variety, but the quality was not as expected, especially the fruit.

Breakfast was very good and there was a fair choice for evening meals though we would not normally choose Half Board. The pool area was very pleasant and the food was very good and well priced at the pool bar. Check in and check out we’re both efficient. Entertainment on the Friday evening was good though we wouldn’t normally stay onsite it suited us well on that occasion.

Do read the small print following your booking as the room pictured isn’t the same as the one we received. There weren’t any sunbeds on our terrace for example but as the booking was non refundable and only for 2 nights we were not sufficiently motivated to ask for a swap to the one advertised. If we were staying longer it might well have been an issue.

As much as I’m 61 I felt it was an older client base and there was little or nothing much entertainment

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are incredible and really go the extra mile, very attentive at meal times. The rooms are lovely and have a great walk in wardrobe (I would love one at home). There’s also a fridge and kettle in the room which are very handy. The TV also had all the English channels. The shower was wonderful. The best bit are the pools, it’s nice to have a choice of two and they are never too busy. There are lots of sunbeds around the pools although sometimes you have to be quick to get the one you want. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and they were always topping it up with fresh stuff. The dinner was equally good and there was lovely evening entertainment including a saxophone player and singers.

It says that you can’t reserve sun beds but people still did it which is a little annoying

Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel is very quiet. There was one day were the top pool had guests who were playing music. The manager politely asked them to turn it off and apologised to the other guests. This is a very quiet hotel, suiting all adults who wish to relax. The breakfast which was included in our price was great, there was a great selection. The rule of not reserving sun beds is a great concept as we were able to get a sun lounger either at the bottom or roof top pool everyday. Most people respected this rule but some guests never and nobody appeared to be removing the towels. The sun loungers were really comfortable and being provided with towels for the pool was great. The rooms were very clean although there was some small ants in the bathroom of our room. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The maids were very noisy in the morning, talking very loudly from 8am so was awake every morning at that time.

Location was very nice, very close to the beach. Quiet area. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, although few were speaking english. Very clean hotel. Very quiet and calm for relaxing all day long. Perfect for people above 60's.

The food was ok, but it can be better. Mainly was international dishes and very repetitive. I wouldn't choose the option with dinner included if i knew. There are very nice restaurants nearby with better food. It's very quiet hotel, no music (not even lounge music in the pool during the day), the entertainment provided in the evenings was poor. If you really want to relax then totally recommend this place, if want something extra then look somewhere else.
