Clean and spacious room with good double bed. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower (depending on body size could be a bit challenging but overall nice one). Within the room are small fridge and different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Green policy applied with electricity, water usage and linen/towels change plus every day cleaning service was operating. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level even for the upper old Lyon city- quite central location) of the old city. Close to Perrache bus/metro/tram station (5min walking). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is kind and prompt to reply either through through e-means or in person, so feel free to ask anything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our car was robbed the night we stayed in Lyon - not what you expect on your first night in France. And it’s our first time in Lyon. We spent the next day going to police stations instead of exploring the city to get someone to note the crime down. Celine was so helpful in helping us find commissaries and also phoning other ones when the ones near us wouldn’t let us fill out a form (it was Sunday so most stations do not have staff). She definitely made our stay much better and we really appreciate her support.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and my experience has been absolutely great! From the time we arrived (early in the morning and we were allowed to leave our luggage there) till the check out, we have always been welcomed with a smile from Tania. She does a great job and lets you understand that she works hard to make her guests'stay so pleasant. She is so friendly, passionate, smiling and helpful. A big thank you goes to her! People can say the hotel is not so big but I personally do not think it is a problem. The room has got enough space if you don't have big luggages. There is the kettle too. The bathroom is spacious enough for one person, clean and the towels were clean too and they were changed every day. We did not have breakfast included but after the first day when we realized that everywhere you go you pay the amount of 4,50 euro just for a cappuccino (I am Italian and this is very unreasonable for me) we decided to give it a try and add breakfast at the hotel for a very convenient price. No choice could be better. Breakfast room is small, that's true, but this has never been a problem. There's a variety of food, sweet and savoury, also fruit, juices, all the basic things one could ask for. The coffee and cappuccino are made from a machine but it's not bad compared to others I've tasted so far. Last but not least the position of the hotel... fabulous! So close to Perrache train and bus station, main places in walking distance and all the area is nice and full of shops/boulangeries/bars/supermarkets. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Lyon.

Superior double room was comfortable and the AC was really needed due to the hot weather. Very helpful registration staff. Lots of good restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance as well as a pedestrian shopping mall. Tram stop also nearby. Water cooler in the lobby.

Location is 15 to 20 minutes away from the train station, by Uber. Elevator is tiny but serviceable. Other family members’ regular double rooms were small but functional.

From the start of our holiday, Celine,Vincent & other staff were amazing so polite so helpful with a smile , nothing too much bother , I honestly would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying here again. The hotel is beautifully located, just about 7 mins walk from the city centre/ Ampere Victor Hugo metro station/ Perrache tram station & very well connected to the old city. The room was perfect for a solo traveller, very clean and well kept. The highlight however, was the staff at the front desk. Céline (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was simply amazing! She was kind, friendly, really really helpful and even helped me get some words right with my broken French skills 😃. A big thank you to Céline and Vincent for making me feel so welcome and comfortable!

The breakfast is a little overpriced. For 12 euros, the selection was very limited. I opted to go to the Boulangerie just 2 mins away, for less than half the price.

The hotel is simple but has everything you need. Everyone I met from the staff (counter and breakfast area) were super nice and welcoming. The room is small but it was not an issue for me as I did not spend much time there, the room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great since the station Perrache is very close by, so you can get everywhere very easily by train, tram, or bus. The breakfast was nice and complete. In general, I had a very nice stay and would recommend this Hotel!

The location was excellent, right in town, restaurants, coffee shops right next door, parking 5 minutes walk and quiet cheap, we parked there from about 9pm until 9am and paid only €7.50. Staff was wonderful and helpful, and they had a good knowledge of the city. Nothing was too much for them. We are a family of 3, had a friend with us, plus a dog, we stayed in a triple room - girls and a dog, my husband had a single room, all good sized. Very comfortable beds!!! King or super king size, very clean, a sofa bed big double. Nice clean and soft towels. If we travel through Lyon again, we'll be back as we enjoyed our stay. It's a very basic hotel, but that's all you need.

The entrance to the bathroom. Space was way too small between the door and our bed. All you need is to move the bed closer to the window and remove the bedside table.

Decent breakfast. Clean room with air conditioning. Electric kettle in the room (no fridge, no microwave). Elevator (though tiny). Clean bathroom.

Bathtub with shower in the bathroom has no full closure or curtain, only a glass half-door. Need to be very careful when taking a shower to avoid flooding the floor. Spaces between the bed and the walls are quite narrow.
