Room was nicely designed, I loved the artwork and style of the room. Bed was firm but comfortable. I travelled for a wedding so the room was an oasis after a long day. The staff member who checked me in and helped me the day prior for a special check in request was absolutely amazing, I wish I got her name! She was lovely and warm in nature who made me very welcome. The bathroom was nice and modern with lots of natural lighting, the rain shower head was divine with plenty of hot water to relax after a long day.

In the bathroom but there was no power outlet at the basin and mirror so I could blowdry my hair, use a curler etc. I had to use the outlet at the top of the open wardrobe next to the full length. No big deal but it was a little inconvenient.

We were surprised by how nice our room was considering the reviews but it’s great price for a beautiful room,very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s Biscuits,tea & coffee in the rooms which you don’t get at most other motels The lady at reception was very welcoming, location is great only about a 5 minute walk to lots of different places for food We stayed 1 night to go to the football We will definitely stay here next time we go to the stadium

We enjoyed our stay, we do suggest getting different chairs outside the rooms as the wooden ones are uncomfortable

nice clean room staff were very friendly and staff that we saw that made up our room asked if there was anything we needed which was very nice of them

we were placed in a room right next to the concrete stairs even though we stayed several nights, so we were woken up most mornings by people leaving early going down the concrete stairs, sometimes after being woken up at around 1to 2 in the morning by other guests coming back to their rooms and going up these concrete steps, I didn't really understand why you would put guests who are staying several nights next to the stairs, but guests that are only staying one night away from them. We were woken up every day with noise from other guests using these stairs.

Great location, except a little loud with the highway so close but as expected and not overly a concern. The room was clean and tidy and very comfy bed and pillows.

Although the majority of the room was updated and felt fresh and new, there was just a concern with the towel rail in the bathroom nearly coming out of the wall. Apart from that- perfect!! I would not let this minor imperfection stop me from returning and staying again. If you have any problems with stairs I believe you can request a ground-floor room as well as there is no lift to the upper level too.

Pleasantly surprised with the room. Beautifully presented and furnishings were so comfortable. Appreciated the small touches and love there was a toaster and a good hairdryer which is hard to come by in hotel rooms. Perfect stopover.

Like any hotel, it’s a hit and miss with your neighbouring rooms. But the room next door was quite loud.

The rooms were updated with a bright, fresh decor, and were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfy and the shower was great. Rooms were fitted with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places for dinner nearby and some awesome cafes a short drive away.

The only thing I’d mention is the pool could have been a bit cleaner. The outdoor furniture was lovely though.

Nice, bright, comfortable room. Not depressing or dated like a lot of motels in this price range. The bed and couch were comfortable, the shower head was excellent, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled great, the hairdryer worked very well. Excellent for a one night stay, it was quiet and we slept well. The staff were very helpful with after hours check in. The cleanliness was to a very good standard. Overall this was a very good stay for the price.

Nothing really negative to say, it is what it is for the price, I found it decent value.

Clean, comfortable motel room. Newly renovated with good working facilities such as mini fridge and air con. We stayed for four nights and the room was cleaned each day, with towels replaced. Beds were comfortable and space ample within the room and bathroom.

I would have loved a spare blanket in the room. Also the pool was good for a swim but the water could have used a bit of a clean.

This is our second time here for an event. We loved it the last time and was not disappointed this time. Will be back again next year.

Last year the only thing that was missing was a full length mirror which I suggested would be a good idea. It was great to see this year they had taken my advice. We had friends also staying and they thought this was wonderful that feedback had been listened to.

The room was clean, spacious and the bed and lounge were comfortable. The bathroom was good, clean and tidy. Plenty of towels offered, extra blanket in the room and loads of hanging space. Staff at the reception desk were helpful on check in and check out. They're organised and check in before stay to ensure someone was there when we were arriving.

Bathroom lighting could have been brighter. The doors need better locks in addition to the chain. Also the top level is good but scary with the change of levels, it is just a small gap with a mind your step sign but just doesn't make a lot of sense. The room could be perfect if you added 2 mirrors on either side of the TV at the desk so people can get ready there instead of the bathroom.
