The staff was extremely helpful and kind . The hotel is in a very good location and very clean.

We booked a two-story suite. The bathroom was on the upper floor. It was inconvenient that we had to go through the other bedroom. The two bedrooms were one air space. Not suitable for 4 people at all, max 2!

The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, the furniture, the terrace with the pool view. A very tasty breakfast. The staff was friendly. A great location. Just in the city center. Five minute waking from the lake.

The blanket in the room doesn't have a cover sheet on in it. Doesn't look like it is being washed after every guest.

Very nice hotel, but go for double floor apartment with jakoozi.

We stayed in this hotel for one week and had a superior room, we were lucky enough to get one of the rooms with the balcony. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, charming and traditional and the location is perfect very close to the shops and restaurants in the front the lake The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked them about a Trentino guest card and they sent me a login for the app which allows you to get free bus travel in the area and enjoy many attractions for Free or for a discounted price. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. The swimming pool, loungers, sun bathing area and the fluffy robes are lovely and the poolside assistant Marco was excellent. Serving lots of drinks and snacks to our lounger. We were two adults and two teenagers and they gave us rooms opposite each other which was brilliant.

Earplugs are useful because we were next to the lift and could hear people closing doors at night.

Nice hotel with a charm, good localisation, spacious room with a lot of cabinets, very good breakfast.

The spa was a disappointment. The sauna area lacks of a spa master - nobody cares of the temperature of the saunas, lot of people stay in swimingwears and flip-flops in the saunas ( despite the signs that it is not permited)- not hygienic. The parking is a big problem if you have a higher car to park underground (10 euros per night). The outside place are occupied from the early afternoon. Th rooms should have at least a small table ( the armchairs are there).

Very beautiful place in old style, big floors, interesting design, you feel like in a castle. The breakfast offers variety of options, and even they make ommlete and crepes in front of you. We could live our bags at reception after check out.

There aren't slippers. You can buy them st spa for 3 EUR. Spa: The water in the pool is quite cold, it has places with jacuzzi, but you cannot realy enjoy it since water is cold. If you swim, it is fine. But if you want to just stay and enjoy jacuzzi, you can't do it long. Also, the saunas, I think there should be separate areas for people who want to stay naked, and people who want to stay on swimming suites. I didn't understand at first that I am allowed to enter in swimming suit, was súper confusing.

Four minutes to walk to the old city, so well maintained and and so lovely facilities. We lived Riva and we loved this hotel! Out of all the hotels we status in on our two weeks trip in Italy, this was the one with the best value for money. Great breakfast, fabulous pool, wonderful staff. We had a loft room witch was nice, but just be aware the window is so high on the wall you can’t look out of it. But for the prices we paid in August it felt like that was completely worth it. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy right around the corner so you can fill your minibar with whatever you like.

The pool and lounge chair area was absolutely beautiful and starting at 12:30 pm poolside service for snacks and drinks was available at a reasonable price. The hotel has reserved parking (10 Euros per night) and lifts for wheelchair accessibility and, upon request, even provided a shower chair for our mom. Very accommodating service. The breakfast in the morning has a inside seating but also a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool (which is where most people sat). Great coffee, a large variety of sweet and savory breakfast items and drinks, and a chef cooking omlettes for you per request.

The dinner at the restaurant is not something we would recommend. Portions were small and the food was not very flavorful. There are many better options in the town of Riva del Garda. (i.e. Hotel du Lac has a wonderful restaurant "Aria" on their hotel terrace overlooking a beautiful park, a small restaurant for drinks and snacks, and another popular restaurant right in the park "The Capannina" - make sure to make reservations, it's very popular!)

The facilities were very clean and in line with our expectations , after a complain I had to make about a waiter very rude for not reasons, the management acted rapidly, making me feel more comfortable to enjoy the restaurant experience. From the cleaners to the managers of the hotel ( spa and sauna and wellness centre included) it’s been a very enjoyable experience of customer service.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was really good and tasty. Every morning there is a chef preparing eggs the way you like. Hotel has a dedicated bike room with plenty sockets for charging ebikes. Garage is near by around the corner, you just need to book it in advance to your stay. Hotel has great location near the lake, 7 mins walking distance, there is plenty of restaurants and bike rentals around. Hotel pool is smaller than it looks on the picture, but there were always some spare loungers. All staff members were nice and professional, ready to help all the time.

There is not much to say, hotel is just perfect. Maybe if I should find something small to improve, I think the juice on the breakfast can be higher quality. If you want fresh juice, you have to order a glass for 5€ or you can have the one from machine, which is not the best one. There could be 100% juice on this level I think. And maybe there could be an option to make a tea yourself on the breakfast, because normally it must be ordered and it is brought by waiter, although for free so not a big issue at all.
