We love the staff here. Weve never had a bad experience but this time was absolutely top notch. The staff this time was so amazing. They treated us all so nice. Spoke everytime they seen you and theyd ask if everything is going good. We enjoyed lynn the best. We talked on the phone after we headed home. She knew exactly who i was by name. My daughter had left her swim suit and a brand new shirt in the bathroom. Lynn was amazing.

That the pool closes at 10. It would be better for people who are respectful to be able to stay longer. We are a family of 5. Me and my husband our 2 kids and my daughters boyfriend of 3 years. We love late night swimming as a family. After 10 we are quite and dont bother anyone trying to sleep. The 9am open time is fine. Never Heard people being yelling. But we are late sleepers. And like to enjoy the pool after the sun goes down. Maybe a age limit til a certain time. One us parents with older kids can enjoy longer time. Maybe 19 and up can stay til 11 as long as theres no problems. Then maybe 12 if still no problems. We will be back.

The staff was fantastic, professional and friendly Lyn at the front desk was a delight . Breakfast was good and plentiful. It was within walking distance of downtown Helen .

The sheets on the bed were very wrinkled, which made me feel they may not have been cleaned. I could smell they were fresh but they didn't look it. The room had a very strong smell of A product called Fabuloso which only makes something smell like it was clean but it doesn't have any virus, mold or mildew killing properties so again I got the feeling the room wasn't disinfected from the previous tenant. The staff was great.

Booking.com gave me a total price of $107 but once there was charged $112. $5 Parking fee was not necessary … no place in Helen has free parking- ridiculous! I also didn’t realize the desk clerk had kept my license until I went for breakfast- luckily the morning clerk recognized me and returned it. The night clerk should have just walked across the lot and returned it or called out room. Literally 25ft from front desk to our room🫤

Very comfortable and clean. An easy check-in process with friendly service. I like the location to Betty's store next door. (rhyme!) The heater worked great and wasn't loud at all like some AC/Heater units are in motels. I have stayed here a few times before and it's always been a pleasant experience. My dog had a good time too! The staff is friendly to him which makes him happy. The breakfast provided looked good. I usually take advantage of it, but this time I just looked at it since I had leftovers it the fridge in the room from my dinner the night before. I did get a piece of fruit though and it was good. I just really like staying here. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable to me.

Well, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe put a couple of extra towels in the room!

The location was great. It is a very easy walk into downtown Helen without being in the middle of all the crazy traffic. The front desk attendants for evening and morning were both very nice. They kept the lobby/eating area very clean and well stocked.

The beds were not my favorite, but everyone likes different things in a mattress. The sheets and blankets were clean and weather appropriate.

Location!!! We didn't have to pay for Parking. We were 5 mins away from everything. It felt safe to have my family here.

When moving the furniture ( to watch TV we moved a nightstand and a few chairs) we found things ppl had left behind. Nothing bad but just physical things. We found a small rubber ball and an old key card. Big enough for the cleaner to see. Only leaving this review to better serve the people who visit because the community is wonderful. And I hope it's around forever! Keep up the good work and positive attitude!

Office staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. A very pleasant Spanish speaking woman and man were wonderful and patient resetting our tv.

Just an observation and comparison to other breakfasts....waffle mixture took a looooong time filling the cup. Too thick? I don't know but the waffles were delicious even if I had to cook them myself!

The room was nice. the staff was very helpful and polite. I would stay here again. They were close enough to walk to town. We enjoyed our stay,

The breakfast was not a lot of choices, and some items were not available after the first early groups came through. The pool was under construction so I think that should be noted for guest to be aware. I would go stay here again.

I know that this isn't the most uptown facility and I knew that when I booked it. The value for what I needed was excellent.

The hot water heater for the shower and the bubbler tub was not very hot although. Also, someone at some point had forced their way into that room because the door jamb was broken and had been repaired. The repair, hopefully, is temporary but it was not done very well.
