Comfortable standard double room. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. Standard breakfast. It's great that there is a small bar on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces. We informed them in advance that we would be arriving by car, so there were no problems. The location is great, it's quiet around, but at the same time the city center is very close. Compared to similar places in the area, the price-quality ratio of this place is excellent.

The sound insulation between rooms could be better. The breakfast selection could be more varied (e.g., pancakes). The rooms are tidy, but more attention could be paid to small details, e.g. when we arrived, we found a roll of toilet paper that was almost finished, but when we asked, additional rolls were quickly provided. The towels are a little worn. The bedding covers are white, but the bedding underneath is colored.

The staff was lovely. Good breakfast, good breakfast hours as well. Location very centra, close to the Main Street. Oh and the liquid body soap in the toilet smelled like heaven!

The towels were the worst. So old and rough… they were literally falling apart. Also, no bin in the room, which is a first. And no hand soap nor hand towels in the toilet even though the sink had a hanger for it. It was not possible to adjust the room temperature so we slept with the window open as it was very hot inside. The water bottle left in the room was already opened… but the worst thing was definitely shower pressure. It was like showering with drops. If you have long hair like mine you would take half an hour just to wash it properly.

The staff was really friendly. Parkings was free, which is really important, if you come with your own car. Breakfast was amazing, so many rich choices. The room really spacious, we even had a balcony. The street hotel is at – very silent and you can sleep with a window open (we were staying at the hotel in August). The location of the hotel is perfect - nearby the main tourist street and plenty of places to have dinner.

The pillows are very very thin, like you were sleeping without them.

The location of the hotel is excellent, short walking distance of the main street, however, in a street that is very quiet. The rooms are nice and comfortable and have good amenities. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is the second time staying in this hotel and we will surely return.

I really enjoyed everything! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location is perfect – just a 10–15 minute walk to the city center, yet it’s very quiet and convenient. There’s a Biedronka store nearby. The breakfast was delicious and varied! I would love to come back!

Everything was excellent, the staff was very pleasant, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, the breakfast was fantastic, the location is close to the center, everything is at your fingertips, we are satisfied with our visit, we will come again...

Close to the center, has its own, free, secure parking. Breakfast was standard, but good.

It was hard to communicate in English with the receptionist. I needed to fill out the same form 3 times, because she didnt understand or couldnt explain…

Good location. City center, restaurants and shops easily accessible by foot. Kasprowy Werch ground station was a 45 min walk. Plenty of parking space. Nice breakfast. Polite, English speaking staff.

Administrator promised a breakfast package left for us when leaving at 5a.m. Did not deliver. Not a big problem, but could have said no in the first place. Other than that, visit was pleasant, easy and comfortable.

It was my second stay at this hotel. Good location, about 1.5km from the entrance to the Tatra park and close to the Zakopane center. Free parking and good breakfast were included in the price.

Reception staff very helpful with great customers skills. All staff at the hotel were kind and ready to help and advise. Breakfast great. Rooms very comfortable ery clean and great standard. Already booked for next year.
