We used the bus from the airport and it was about a 10 minute walk from the stop - very easy to find.The hotel was perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the town square and all attractions. Tallon is very quiet for a city, but it is very relaxed and you feel safe. The hotel is clean and bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was a good size with adequate storage for a short break and the bathroom has all toiletries in it. Breakfast has an excellent choice of options - definitely something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and use it again myself. We used the taxi company Bolt to get back to the airport which I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful building in a superb and convenient location. Room was large, very comfortable and clean (and had been used by various celebrities/entertainers in the past as the breakfast room detailed!). Breakfast was plentiful and to a good standard. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, prompt check in and help with my suitcase.

Only one English speaking channel Euro News - could do with BBC or CNN Hairdryer very old now. Biscuits or similar would be a nice touch on the coffee/tea station for a superior room.

We are very glad that we chose this hotel. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the Town Hall Square and other popular places. Easily accessible from the airport: by public transport or taxi. Wonderful, polite and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, we found everything we needed. There were quality cosmetics in the bathroom. The breakfast offer is wide. In addition to traditional choices - porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fried potatoes, as well as with such options as fried mushrooms, salted salmon or herring. Special thanks for the fact that we managed to find grainy cottage cheese for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. During our stay, my daughter celebrated her birthday, so a congratulation and a sweet gift were left in her room. It was very nice. Thank you for the surprise! We will definitely return to this hotel. We recommend it.

Great value hotel in fabulous location in the Old Town; most sites within walking distance but taxis easy to arrange for further out places of interest. The room was clean and very spacious and the bed very comfortable; we both slept well during our stay. Also plenty of storage if you are staying longer. Hotel breakfast was perfectly fine, plenty of choice and never overly busy when we went. It was also very easy to find from the bus stop from the airport; in fact, the easiest hotel ever! Would definitely stay here again if I ever returned to Tallinn.

Location is outstanding, 3 minutes walk from the Freedom Square and beginnings of the old town / fortress. The area is full of cafes, bars and restaurants, but the specific location is still quiet. Staff was always very friendly and helpful, including getting us a table at their great restaurant on a busy night without a reservation, and opening a room in the business centre in order to work remotely for half a day. We had a very late arrival and check-out (each around 3am) with no problem.

The internal walls of the hotel are a bit thin, so you sometimes clearly hear room doors slamming and voices in the corridor. The hotel lobby, reception and restaurant are very well-maintained, but the guest rooms themselves are a bit tired in the details.

the breakfast was good with a lot of different choices possible (salty as well as sweet) and the lunch menu at 20 euros per person was excellent. Great location with a tramway 5 minutes from there. I definitely recommend this hotel to travel alone, with friends and even for a romantic stay. I also recommend to take the ferry to visit Helsinki (only 41 euros go and back). It is worth it.

I would recommend to go there in the summer because the weather in the winter is quite bad but it is still a beautiful city with many places to eat and to visit.

We were happy to be given our requested room at the front of the hotel with 3 windows set inside a curved wall. It was a bright and uniquely shaped room with a pleasant view. There was lots of storage space in the room. The bathroom was not big, but certainly adequate. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking around the Old Town of Tallinn. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were offered a take-away breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave early to catch a flight.

Our room could be made into a lounge area, connecting to the room next to us, so our bed was a Murphy (fold-up/fold-down) bed that came out of the wall. Consequently, it was small and quite soft to sleep on. We had to be careful not to bash our legs on the bedframe. The main breakfast seating area was plain and cramped, although a separate room off this main area was quieter and more comfortable. The breakfast offerings were fine but nothing outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at My City Hotel in Tallinn. The room was comfortable and clean,and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn. Great experience overall!"

While I had a pleasant stay at My City Hotel my experience at the front desk could have been better. On several occasions, I interacted with apprentices who were still learning, and there wasn't always a senior staff member available to guide them. While I appreciate the opportunity for staff to learn, I believe having a supervisor present would ensure a smoother experience for guests. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its overall quality.

My City Hotel uses an impressive building in the historic center of Talinn and many tourist attraction are easily reached by walking (e.g. the tourist information office is just around a corner 5 min away). The house delivers standard value, the rooms are as expected. The breakfast was quite good with many choices (also fish like salmon or herring). There is a quiet garden area where one can have a drink after a long day.

We had two beds which had a little gap in between because of the construction of mattresses and layers on top as they are common in the Baltics. There are no good parking options at the hotel if their own spaces are fully booked. So we had the car in the garage of a nearby shopping center for a day (at relatively high cost) before we moved it outside of the historic center where we found easy free parking.

Excellent location, you are in a great walkable neighborhood from the time you exit the hotel. In addition the restaurant downstairs is a real gem. Three course gourmet lunch was only 18€ on a saturday. Great wine selection as well.

The rooms were a bit dated with a carpet that has seen better days. Having said that, the bed and the shower worked impeccably and we had a great stay in Tallinn. The value for money is great and the location is much better than the location of the larger hotels in town. The breakfast was ok with no real complaints, but nowhere near the quality of the lunch.
