The staff were lovely, the room was a great size and was kept very clean. I really liked having a balcony and the view was great. Location wise, it was close enough - 10 or so minutes from gondola.

The walls are very thin, you can hear absolutely everything that goes on next door. Unfortunately, there was a young group of lads in the room next door to me, that were up laughing and shouting till around 3am. I didn’t get much sleep. I tried to call reception but there was no answer. The walk back to the hotel is also up a pretty steep hill, so it can be tiring carrying your skis at the end of the day.

It was very friendly. The breakfasts were really good with a wide variety of food. We didn’t have an evening meal but the other guests said the food was really really good. The rooms were lovely. Great views and really comfy bed. The walk into Morzine is about 10 mins. Most ski shops allow you to store your rental stuff at their shop overnight so there is no lugging it about.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. Family run. Always attentive. They transfered us in the morning to the avoriaz bubble and picked us up at night. Breakfast was first class. Whole family were very polite and had a great sense of humour. Quiet well furnished rooms, good powerful shower. Good ski and boot room downstairs. 7 min walk to centre of morzine. Didn't try the pool but looked nice. Pizza very good! Will definitely be back.

Nothing... A great stay in a great hotel with great staff

The staff make this hotel, the family are so friendly and welcoming. Very relaxed stay due to their humour and happiness. They are the reason why you would stay here, so rare to find these days especially in larger hotels with under paid transient staff, here you have a family who love their hotel and their work. They make you feel so at home and nothing is too much trouble. Beware of the son in the bar, great humour and generous measures!

The hotel is a nice friendly hotel ten mins walk from the town centre. Breakfast is good, it has a small but nice bar. The whole hotel is quite rustic, and a bit old but that is to be expected of alpine hotels these days unless you pay top dollar. It has free parking right outside.

Very cosy hotel with incredibly nice staff. Bedroom was warm and cozy, bed was comfy. They served a delicious 3-course dinner menu, homy but elegant. Breakfast was good. We bought ski passes on the hotel and we were offered discounts for ski rental. Hotel is a comfortable 10min walk to the access to ski station. Great value for money.

Wi-Fi was unfortunately not working. Bathrooms would benefit from a small revamp.

lovey family run hotel, friendly, great food, lovely vibe, heated pool, free transfers to the lifts

such a shame we arrived late in the evening to a closed hotel due to our taxi being an hour late. very worrying for two female travellers but eventually a neighbour helped contact them. perhaps the hotel should notify guests that if they are arriving late their hotel closes at 10 and to phone an out of hours number. Also one of the older family members of staff berated us for not letting them know we were going to be late which was such a shame as it left a bit of a bad impression after the lovely friendliness of the staff up until that point. We had no apologies for the worrying arrival and then got told off like naughty school girls like it was our fault.

Excellent breakfast. I was with my family who had an apartment in the town so I spent little time in the hotel and did not use the facilities. If the swimming poll had been warmer I might have used this. The times of the shuttle bus were not obvious except the limits so I walked to and from the lifts.

We had a wonderful stay with a beautiful breakfast the next morning. The family who own and run their hotel are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We were visiting Morzine with our van and had trouble contacting a mechanic, and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Would come back and stay in a heartbeat.

The hotel is family-run and they are amazing! The staff literally could not do enough for us and their local knowledge (especially driving us to the best lofts to get to where we wanted to go quickly) was fantastic. Breakfast had a good range and plentiful. Bar and pool area lovely to hang out in in the evening. Dinner was great (we are in the restaurant once and enjoyed a pizza in the bar on another night).
