The location of this hotel was perfect - right beside the CN tower and the Rogers Centre and walking distance around the city centre. The hotel was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, spacious. The Sports Bar overlooking the Blue Jays stadium was awesome and the pool / fitness suite were amazing. The room itself was large, clean, comfortable and was a wonderful base to stay in whilst in the city. The staff were so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother.

There was a coffee machine in my room but, as a non-coffee drinker, it would have been nice for more tea-bags instead. The shower was not powerful at all - maybe because I was on the 11th floor so it may have been a water pressure issue but the shower head was big and I expected it to be quite powerful. Instead it was actually just a trickle.

Excellent, helpful staff. The view of the ballpark from the breakfast room was fantastic. Location was excellent, next to the ballpark, CN tower, aquarium, and train museum. Not far from Union Station.

The elevator system was difficult. The ice machine on our floor was not working the three days we were there, and there is no way to get onto another floor using our room key on the elevator to get to another ice machine. Our room had a drip from the ceiling air conditioning that soaked the sofa. The toilet seat would not stay up on its own. The very nice staff person at the front desk did comp us $150 for the inconvenience. The safe is in a drawer that can be removed in about 10 seconds by someone familiar with the drawer slides.

Location is simply the best you can get when you are travelling to see CN tower, Pirpley's Aquarium, or visit Rogers. The room was two-level, spacious, huge bed and two TVs, one near bed and one near lower level where you can rest without disturbing other guests. Breakfast was pretty good - the food was decent and the view was really good, even though there was no game at that time.

It was mentione dthat parking onsite is provided. We have never get that. They only provide vallet parking - which should be mentioned at the booking time as this was one of the key factors for us. This is surprising and dissapointing as the facility is literally a part of Rogers center with the parking.

I loved how the staff takes really good care of you as soon as you enter, even those who stay at this establishment are extremely friendly and I would recommend you go and eat at the restaurant and see the jays play.

There's weird gaps underneath the doors (that are over an inch)which to me doesn't give you much privacy when people are walking in the hallways. The breakfast was alright it was a little cold when we went and my partner got sick so we didnt go the next day.

The facilities were nice and clean, the water pressure was pretty good, and the staff were great.

There was security with metal detectors at hotel entrance during Blue Jays games, which makes no sense--hotel guests can't have their pocketknives? Or what if they bring them in before the gametime security shows up? It's silly and a hassle. Also, the gap under the door to the room was way too large. Lots of hallway noise carried into the room.

The room (inc. bathroom) was very spacious, had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is excellent (definitely opt into the breakfast) w/ a view of the stadium. When the weather is nice, this is a great location to walk anywhere in the city. Close to Union Station, where you can transit to the airport. Starbucks in the hotel lobby.

I called down twice to receive housekeeping-related services (was missing a robe and slippers and the hairdryer broke), and on both accounts, though the staff on the phone was nice, it took 1hr+ and several calls to get sorted. FYI, if you're not at this hotel for a Rogers Centre game: this hotel might not be a great choice; there is security checking your bags every time you enter the hotel (which is tedious for guests) and Ubers are not able to pick you up or drop you off at the hotel when a game is on. Plus, it's louder.

Our room was clean and spacious, which was a definite plus. However, we did experience a couple of issues. The toilet door had noticeable gaps on the sides, which compromised our privacy. Additionally, the room could have benefited from more lighting. Another downside was the construction site in front of the hotel, which made it difficult for Ubers to find the entrance. Overall, while the room itself was comfortable, these factors did impact our stay.

We were only in town for one night for a Blue Jays game and this hotel FAR exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member from valet/bellman, to front desk, to housekeeping was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, We were upgraded to a field-view room, which is as amazing as it looks as was the dinner overlooking the field. The room itself was very large for a city hotel and extremely clean and stocked with everything needed. But I was really impressed by the service provided from everyone who worked there.

I specially like the location of the hotel. It is so convenient to get to many sights and to the Union Station. The room is big and spacious and clean. Big desk and space for all our travel items and trinkets. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast selections were quite basic for the cost. Although our room included breakfast.

perhaps more toiletries but not significantly important

Great location for Jays games and anything else downtown that you’d want to see

Not sure why parking became 100% Valet, I’d rather park my own vehicle as I please so I can venture about the city without waiting for staff to get keys and bring my car around. Seems very invasive to not allow guests to keep their keys regardless of parking situations.
