This hotel offers great value for money. It has a fantastic location that is easy to fins and drive to, and you can walk to the city centre facilities and attractions in just a few minutes. There is very convenient parking right outside, but just beware of the charging hours if you plan to keep the vehicle there as it can get expensive for more than a couple of hours (you can get half an hour free but you must enter your vehicle registration in the meter to obtain a free half hour ticket). The rooms were clean and recently refurbished. We had a nice little balcony with lovely large windows. I did not use the restaurant or eat breakfast there as I preferred to eat in more interesting places in the town. The staff were helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

The kettle lid was broken, There were not enough cups for tea or coffee, and not enough tea bags supplied each day, so I had to keep going to get more.

The hotel has a few parking places in front of the building. Those places are owned by the city. They are a bit expensive, but Sundays are free. If you arrive Saturday and stay until Monday, you only pay The part of Saturday and Monday. So all in all the prices was still ok. The hotel is not far from the city center. We crossed the street and walked into the city too have dinner. There were lots of nice places and the food was quite good.

The staff was not very knowledgeable about the parking arrangement in the city, but it wasn't very hard to figure it out by yourself because there was a parking meter nearby. Across the roundabout there was also a somewhat bigger parking lot with the same arrangement s the parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Good family room which turned out to be two rooms (one double, one twin) with a joint bathroom between the rooms. Great for a little privacy. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay. Location was good, central, without being in a noisy area.

We booked an optional car parking space as we didn't know the town. It was quite tight, and on the days we stayed there, we could have parked right outside the hotel. However, this might not always be the case!

Very helpful and friendly staff, parking was a little complicated to find but the receptionist gave excellent directions to find it. Breakfast was lovely, and the evening meal we booked was delightful. Hotel looks recently refurbished to a high standard and the restaurant had the most amazing ceiling art.

Would have liked cups to make hot drinks in the room and more tea/coffee etc in the room.

Good value for money. Near to the station, so easy to store luggage on the way to/from the center. Friendly staff, everything needed in the room, nice view, good bedding, spotlessly clean, coffee maker in room, nice restaurant with good service.

The room was a bit small, so challenging for 2 people for more than a few nights. However, larger rooms are available.

Extra pillows, great shower, a balcony overlooking a park-- I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't at all!

The private parking was not that convenient although the receptionist took pains to explain how to get there and how to get in. The room service could have been less opaque, with a menu apart from the restaurant main meals.

The location is excellent, there´s even a local parking lot almost next door. The staff was very nice and understanding (in theory check in was before 20:00 but we arrived later). The room was fine, small, but enough for two people. The bathroom was tiny.

Had a good stay, was fine for two nights. Room was confortable and clean. Shower facilities adequate and very clean. Location was great. Staff friendly.

Not one hook in the bathroom to hang a wet towel from (was rather strange). Breakfast was basic. The elevator has seen better days (preferred stairs).

Very clean spacious room with a small balcony. Location was great and although on a main road traffic noise was not noticeable and parking directly outside the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice, including bacon and sausage, the latter not to my liking but hey ho! Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service from Alestin on reception, so friendly and helpful. Very good hotel, would stay again. Location excellent, 5 mins walk to station. Decor in hotel and room cool and nice balcony. Our room was upgraded for free.
