The breakfast is amazing! I stayed here for a week. There are many options and it changes a bit every day. Many staff members speak english. The rooftop pool is great. The location between two big shopping malls is great. My room was huge and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, especially the women in the spa. We used their services twice. Eric, a server in the restaurant is an excellent human. The staff deliver free snacks to my room each afternoon. I would love to stay here again. I've stayed in a few 5 star hotels in Colombia, and this hotel is easily my favorite.

I can't think of any complaints. This hotel was that good.

- We found the breakfast spectacular except for the coffee, which unfortunately was of very poor quality. - The rooms are perfect for working very comfortably, they smell delicious and are very spacious and cozy. - The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping centers. He felt very safe.

- Toilets are automatically emptied with sensors three to five times while you use them. - Something that should improve a lot considering that we are in Colombia is the coffee. The coffee they use in the hotel is unfortunately of terrible quality and is one of the things for which we stand out the most internationally. - The breakfast buffet is spectacular but the restaurant's preparations for the rest of the meals are not the most careful, nor of the best quality.

The buffet was a bit simple, and people serving you felt too intrusive when you were getting food at the buffet. The food selection could’ve been better for the standard of the hotel.

I traveled with my service dog. The hotel claimed to know about service dogs but still charged me $40 per day for mine. The manager gave me a 30% discount, so I ended up paying $25 daily for my dog. Service dogs cannot be charged for entry or stay at any place, nor can they be denied entry when accompanying their handler.

The hotel is nice and new. It has comfy rooms, a good swimming pool area, and a great restaurant. It is strategically located and offers everything needed to have a pleasant stay. I want to mainly recognize the people´s attitude as there is an excellent service from the check-in.

There is not much to say here, but the pillows could be improved. Those were not as new and comfortable as the bed was.

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable, the AC was good. Well-equipped gym. The pool and the terrace are great with beautiful views of the city, to the sea on one side and the river on the other side. Great location, great design.

The halls in the hotel smell damp. The hotel is trying to fix the issue with air purifiers, but without air flow (there are no functional windows) it is hard to counteract the Caribbean humidity.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Nice air conditioning.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel but it’s a nice hotel. No way it’s 5 star though. We were asked to leave the sauna and jacuzzi for not booking to use them which is crazy. There were no other free bookings for our stay. The gym is very basic and the cleaning staff constantly walked in and out because their store cupboard is in there. A private party at the pool went very late playing ridiculously loud music so we couldn’t sleep until after midnight.

Nice and clean new hotel, friendly reception (especially Paulo was amazing), quiet rooms and very fast and functional wifi (I was remote working).

Some things were lacking for a five star hotel: breakfast was not very creative or varied, towels missing at gym, you could only use the spa for 30min after a massage, concierge service did not take luggage up to room, no room service, not enough sun beds.

Front desk and front door staff very nice and friendly. Spa was great and treatments and food very good also. Pool space is nice.

VIP service and room access was nonexistent and when told it will be brought to room nothing ever reached the room.
