Good breakfast although we would have preferred pure juices. Staff were very helpful

Room was a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases. It would have been nice if there were some draws in the wardrobe so that we didn’t have to live out of the suitcases all the time.

Lovely Inn type building. We stayed for 5 nights. Approx a 10 minute walk into Santillana del Mar which was very busy so location good to be slightly out of the town. Family run business everyone made us very welcome. Room was basic. Beds comfy. Powerful shower. Restaurant served reasonably good food menu of the day at a excellent price. Good location to explore the surrounding areas. Parking available.

Good location , walkable to all attractions Staff were very good and welcoming, room basic but well presented and excellent value for money Also went for dinner, one of the few off season .. which was excellent.. and brilliant value , would deffinately eat there again ..

Family run hotel, friendly staff with lots of weekend group bookings for parties and events. Very informal atmosphere. Good breakfast and rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Lack of Spanish not an issue .

Nothing to dislike

Great location just a 5 minute walk to Santillana and 1 km from the Altamira Museum. The hotel staff were wonderful and the restaurant was very popular although we didn’t eat there. The rooms were small but nicely appointed

The bathroom needs renovation

We paid on arrival, only to find the next day that Booking had already taken the money. the receptionist refunded the money in cash, honesty at its best. The staff were excellent. Excellent meals at realistic prices.

Well situated just outside the main tourist area bu within walking distance. Good breakfast included in price and restaurant seemed popular with locals although we didn't try it

Good value for money. Friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed a beer sitting in the garden. Food was good.

Air conditioning would have improved the stay as the weather and room was very hot.
