Located conveniently near all Short Pump shopping. The room was very spacious with a small partition between the sofa bed area and beds. A large TV that could be positioned allowed for all areas of the room to watch TV. The refrigerator in the room was decent. All the staff were very friendly, including those we saw away from the desk. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. Many hot and cold options, and the coffee tasted great. Would definitely stay again.

As of 11/25/24, the hotel is undergoing renovations. One elevator was out of order and the other was sketchy, but we took it anyway to get all our stuff to the 5th floor. There were old decorations on the exit from the elevator that didn’t match the renovation decor. Signs on the elevator doors encouraged patrons to use the stairs instead of elevators (no fun if you have a lot to carry). The bathroom was TINY and we are not large people. The door barely cleared the toilet to close. The 7 foot ceilings made it feel even tighter in there. If arriving at night, the parking lot is a bit of a maze, but the parking is close to the entrance. This place will be nicer than at our stay once finished.

It has been updated. Clean carpet and furniture was nice.

Since the update, the bar sink was removed. Furniture was removed. There was a light outside our room, which was almost impossible to block with curtains. Another outside light would come on for about 15 seconds, turn off for a few minutes, and then turn back on again. It was outside at the top of the window, and I could not block it. I finally scrounged around and found my eye shades.

Front desk team member was very pleasant at check in. Bed was comfortable. Good location.

Bathroom was small. Breakfast which was included in my reservation was disappointing. Went down for breakfast around 0830 and the breakfast bar looked like it had been raided. The fruit bowls and other breakfast items were empty. Food scattered across the counters. We ended up going out for breakfast somewhere else.

New rooms are very nice. Breakfast and Lobby nice

Room was mostly nice..no Kleenex, toilet base and bathroom floor were dirty..shower door track, dirty.. bathroom vent full of dust. Coffee bar cups only had one clear cup. Only one elevator working and used by contractors. Towel rack in shower was rusty.. construction is always a work in progress and I was not upset with any of it..I think it will be awesome when done...would definitely stay again.

My family and I had to evavuate our place due to our apartment flooding. The young lady who checked us in was kind, caring and compassionate. She was the epitome of excellent customer service. I was having a hard time and her kindness made a major positive impact on me.

The tv was broken. The front desk agens offered to change our room but we were just too tired

The rooms are huge and toilets/showers are separate from the sink, which made for easier preparing as we were on our way to a wedding. Breakfast was really good, the bacon on Saturday was melt in your mouth! Carpets in the lobby were run down, but incredible value for what we needed!

My first experience with staying at any hotel outside of my timeshare was excellent. The staff was very respectful and professional. The room was clean, I felt safe, unfortunately it didn't have a microwave but that's fine the less food people bring in the rooms the less risk of insect problems, not that I've seen any. So over all it was good. I would stay there again. TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE HYATT THANK YOU!

The only thing that bothered me was the scent of the sheets, they smelled a little industrial, made my skin itch. I think it was just a minor allergic reaction to the detergent but other then that it was all good 👍 👌

The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel has a bar and friendly staff.

All was good. Breakfast at 9:30 am had limited choices and I waited for coffee but it was quickly resolved by their amazing staff.

•Friendly people, willing to give helpful advice and directions. Surprisingly immaculate room. Way above what I expected. •Breakfast more elaborate than I expected. •Parking is great. •No bugs anywhere! And I searched before I got settled in.

No microwave in the room, though to be fair, there is one in the common area.

staff was on private phone call during check in, complaining about having too much to do. She then disappeared with a customer for about 3 minutes while 3 others where waiting to get checked in. Staff was easily distracted, not forthcoming, looked like she didn't want to work there.. Everything else was a very positive experience.
