I stayed in a single room with an attached bathroom. The room and bathroom were super clean and decently spacious. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows :) Everything you need from towel/shower gel/TV/Kettle/Coffee is included. They had a cozy little dining area with several amenities as well. You can walk from the hotel to the main fountain easily as well. It's definitely worth the money.

I liked the cool room in such hot weather, the kind and helpful staff, the cleanliness and good state of the room. I liked being able to walk quickly to the bus station to get to work easily. The centre of town is not far away, and there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. I appreciated having a kettle so that I could make tea in the morning as I had a very early start each day and so was too early for breakfast in the hotel.

It was all fine.

I liked the centrality of the location and having a reply about a book I had forgotten in the room. I understand that it has been posted back to me and I am really looking forward to receiving it back. I would like to say a special that thank you to Mme Baya for her help in this matter

I would have liked a free bottle of water and being able to make a hot drink in the evening. I did not understand why I could not use the kettle in the breakfast room to make a cup of tea in the evening. I would certainly have appreciated this facility if it was made available!

We were 3 mature males staying in Aix to watch the final of the European Challenge Cup Final and the European Champions Cup Final in Marseilles. We were staying from Thursday to Monday. The place was very clean, and you could enter at any time of the day. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The location was great. It was easy to get to and from the bus/train station and it was a nice stroll to the centre of town.

The location is excellent, close to the city centre, but on a quiet spot. Can walk to the old town and also the main bus station from where can take shuttle to TGV station. The room facilities are quite new and very clean. Staff are very kind.

The cleanliness was exceptional. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Parking was inexpensive and easy to use.

The rooms are small, but the rate was great! There is a stairway to get to lobby but staff assists with luggage.

The hotel was very clean. It was a two star hotel and facilties were in keeping with what you would expect from a two star. We had a very late return flight, and the management allowed us leave our luggage there until late afternoon. They also allowed us check in early as the room was vacant.

I like everything, location, staff, breakfast, room cleaning. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much. Just it was a little bit difficult to contact with some staff who didn’t understand English, but that’s okay

it was a small property and only a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Aix. the room was lovely and cosy and I felt safe as a solo traveller. the staff were lovely and the breakfast was lovely.

Room was comfortable, easy to arrive, parking just next door, beds comfortable, bathroom fine, good shower, not a far walk from the Center. There is a refrigerator and coffee and tea kettle in the room. There is also a small breakfast área in the lobby, but we didn't use this.

Parking very tight, but it was ok. If you have a larger vehicle it could be a problem. Reception only speaks French, but he seemed patient and helpful.
