A nice quiet location about 20-25 mins drive from Larnaca airport. Local buses were available but we were glad we hired a car to get around as it gave us the freedom to explore the island/local area at our own pace. The apartments private balcony was an added bonus and allowed us to relax and catch some rays in a little more privacy. The on-site pool was also fabulous. George sent us a really useful document a couple of days before we arrived. on how to access the property and information on what was in the local area (restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc) and also further afield on the island. He also sent us the code for the lock box and wi-fi and his contact details if we needed to get in touch in an emergency (we didn't). George has obviously listened to the feedback from his guests and I couldn't fault his prep before we arrived. Overall a very enjoyable week on the beautiful island of Cyprus and definitely a high recommendation to book a stay here.

The property was clean and tidy ,had a double bedroom with built in wardrobes …kitchen with a washing machine which is great , smart tv a balcony on the side and a huge main roof terrace it was on the top floor which has great views of the large pool.Also has a sauna, a gym and a under ground swimming pool all in all a fantastic place, it’s a 6 minute drive to the main road and the sea is near the road. A great place for families and couples and compared to the hotels the price is great the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful even printing out our boarding passes … also you have a parking space under the building,will definitely be booking a stay with them again many thanks.

The apartment is very big with a nice balcony that can easily fit all 4 of us. Easy to find, we got very clear directions to get the key and to find the apartment (we arrived after midnight). Very nice that we got bread, water, juice, cheese, and pastrami, which helped very much with the first breakfast since we arrived later. The staff is very helpful. Pool is very good and clean. Wifi is very good, which was very important to me to have some conf. calls. With a car, it's a very good location, it's quiet but only 15min to Larnaca old town, 25 to Ayia Napa, 5min to the CTO beach, which is very nice, Lidl is 8 min drive, while the closest supermarket is 3min drive (Soner). Will come back again.

Where do I begin? It has a pool, gym, allocated parking for every apartment and WiFi. On arrival to our very clean room, we had complementary cheese, ham, bread, butter, juice, milk sachets, tea, coffee and bottles of water. Air con in all rooms, cleaning products (self catering) a very well equipped kitchen, constant hot water and I can still go on. Excellent for family or group of friends but you do need to hire a car as the beach is a short 3 min drive away. But too far and way too hot to walk. I have seen local bus running to and from Larnaca and the village but not taken it myself so can’t comment on how often they run.

the apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The resort was very quiet and tranquil because it was out of peak season and I would return again out of season. There were plenty of towels and a change of sheets and a washing machine. The penthouse terrace is exceptional south facing sunny. Lots of wardrobes and storage. Very modern and neutral decoration is relaxing. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking

The complex isn't close to any resort and a car is essential. I went to the Complex in November and the indoor pool wasn't heated so was unusable and wasn't fixed. The pillows are old and stained so need to be replaced. Everything else was as described

The complex is set amongst olive trees and was peaceful.The apartment is well equipped for self catering and comfortable . Great Wi fi .The owner George is extremely helpful as are the staff who maintain the property to an exceptionally high standard .lovely pool and sunbathing area . As a useful tip to get to the Oceania from Larnaca airport take the A3 to aya napa and exit at Junction 60 to dhekalia/CTO beach then take a left towards pyla and the next left at the bus stop and the Oceania is at the end of that road . As previous comments, much appreciated food items cheese ,ham bread and juice tea coffee etc were provided as we arrived late .Highly recommend

There is nothing to dislike however it is highly recommended that you hire a car , there is a bus stop approx 250 metres away and there seemed to be a regular bus service , there is also a water filling kiosk at the same point which we found very useful.Car hire is very affordable in cyprus and we always use Helen’s Cars on dhekalia Road they are the best

It was definitely the cleanest property we’ve booked through Booking. They even had basic items and products, like cleaning supplies, bread-butter-marmalade-cheese-turkey-fruits-water in the fridge, sugar/coffee-tea. Everything you might need in your first couple hours when u arrive. Not gonna lie, we were impressed. Everything was spotless. Sheets and pillows were ironed and smelling fabric softener 🙂 Towels were provided. Iron board & drying rack. Pool was clean -couple of leaves and the occasional flying bugs, but clean. We had a great stay ✅

5 min drive to the beach. Microwave, electric stove , refrigerator, beach towels , shampoo and shower gel. You also had an ironing plate and an iron. 2 good ACs. We had a pool view and a nice balcony. There is a coffee machine nesspresso delonghi with coffee capsules.

The bath towels could be changed and more cooking pans to be available. The pool view was nice, but it could get noisy as it closes after 8 PM and sometimes people would stay late in the night to chat.

The apartment is perfectly big for four people or a family. There are three balconies, and we sat there and watch kids swimming in the outside pool. The place is quiet during the night. The beds are perfectly hard as we like them. The pictures show exactly what the apartment looks like. We found everything that we needed to cook (oven, pots, etc.), even the wine bottle opener. The apartment was very clean, and the host was a very nice and kind man. He informed us three days before our arrival about all the details (check-in, check-out, etc.). Fruits, bread, butter/marmalade for breakfast, and coffee waited for us w/o any additional charge. The check-in and check-out were easy.

We had a really nice stay at Oceania Bay Village. The location was great for exploring this part of Cyprus, with beaches, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. It’s a good base for getting around and seeing what the area has to offer. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. A nice touch was the welcome goodies left in the fridge—some water, snacks, and local treats—which made us feel right at home from the start. Also a starter PDF was great to know everything in advanced. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location!
