The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The location is close to the Lake and White Turf. We got free entry to the St Moritz pool through the hotel. We were given a bus pass that we could use on the buses. The restaurant was open until 10pm and they had an extensive menu. The pizzas were delicious. We would definitely stay here again if we were in St Mortiz.

Staff at the front desk brought warmth to the cold weather. Thin crust pizza was lovely. Convenient to travel by public bus to and from city centre and hotel.

Very tidy and cosy hotel in a walking distance from the city center and the st moritz lake. Overall, good enough. Convenient parking options in front of the hotel or in the garage. Our room was tiny but for a short stay almost without luggage it was ok. We were aware of it's size. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with anything you might need. There's a small charge for a pet, which seemed fair. The hotel is animal friendly. Typical swiss 3* - accommodation exceeding expectations :)

Some staff members didn't speak well English and the checkin system in which you had to fill out a form wasn't well translated or translated just in half... . The easiest option was to communicate in German or Italian... The restaurant of the hotel in which breakfast was served and where we had dinner was very tight and crowded over meal times and the service wasn't great, hard to communicate and not bringing even what they asked us about... . The overall experience wasn't great. Next evening we chose to dine at Laudinella which has many good restaurants (indian, italian, ...) and which is also a walking distance away, and where the dining experience was much much better, including the food. Coffee and freshly squeezed juices over breakfast at extra charge...

Simple but has everything you need.

We don’t like the curtains at the bath. We know it’s a matter of preference and that does not influence your opinion about the place at all.

rooms were recently renovated, modern style, bed very comfortable, temperature in the room perfect and the bathroom and shower great. the room had an outdoor veranda protected by sliding glasses with a cozy sofa, blankets etc very nice

the check in process very slow - I think it is related to the IT system more than the staff.

An excellent location overlooking the athletics track.

The lack of items such as a small refrigerator and hair dryer was inconvenient during an extended stay.

Well placed for the Lake and the Snow Polo Provision of Local transport Pass a pleasant surprise Food in the Restaurant good. Will be booking again (next year!)

the tiniest rooms ever, no 24 hour front desk, huge heavy keys that you had to carry with you because otherwise you couldn’t access the building
