Room was clean and the bed wonderful

The woman who checked me in was condescending about my using "those other web sites." I asked her if she knew if Bring Fido and she was not aware of it. My review on their site will go out to many people who travel with pets. The bed skirt that was supposed to be covering the bottom part of the mattress was twisted and only appropriately fitted on one side of the bed.

I liked how clean the building was. The beds were super soft and so were the blankets.

The front desk explains everything to the White man in front of me but when I stepped up to be helped the man treated me way differently than the customer before me. Hmmm. 🤔 Maybe a little bit more training for that worker to treat everyone with a Welcoming attitude.

Friendly staff! The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations. Silverware was on every table; coffee refilled by attentive staff member. Room was larger than anticipated and extremely clean. Easy access to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Costco.

Complaint of a car alarm going off since 3 a.m. If the front desk recorded people's licence plates, they could have contacted the car owner and alerted them to the alarm.

All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Really liked the ability to communicate via text

We were in a “jr suite” as the staff called it. It has the door between rooms in case you are a larger party with adjoining rooms. We could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door

Newer facility, comfortable beds and furniture, everything was very clean. Although breakfast was not included, there were multiple options and price ranges. Their 3 egg omlets were wonderful! Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Not the Hilton's fault but online it showed the room having a jacuzzi tub, when we checked in and got to our room we noticed it did not have the tub, I went down to the front desk and they explained that they had a remodel and removed the jacuzzi tubs, the booking sites have been notified but still have the pictures on the sites, very confusing when using the booking sites, I recommend calling the hotel yourself instead of using a booking site

Room was quiet with the amenities as described. The front desk was courteous and efficient not exactly outgoing but satisfactory. As a Hilton Diamond member, the hotel met my expectations for HGI I have stayed in the past. Would stay again.

There should have been a discount applied for not having access to a pool. This is one of the main reasons we booked here.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very close to the airport. busy during the summer but helpful staff with good intown restaurant recommendations.

you will need a car or lyft/uber ($15 to 20/trip) to get to the downtown area and area attractions. Limited hotel restaurant options (likely due to COVID and staffing) but many downtown restaurant options
