Guy is everything I would expect from this type of business , he is a real polite Gentleman who knows how to look after his customers. Yes you have to walk for 10 minutes to get the excellent tube into Toulouse but that is clearly stated in the description. Pool is lovely and guy provides an excellent fresh breakfast. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK HERE! 👍🏽😉

Everything was comfortable.. We only stayed one evening , but were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Enjoyed our stroll to the metro with just 4 quick stops into the centre of Toulouse .. Guy made us a lovely breakfast with homemade jams and pastries, by the swimming pool.. Would be happy to book a stay here again😊

The house is amazing, so nicely decorated. Every corner there’s something to admire. The host is very nice, very welcoming. The room was preety and calm

The location is residential. There’s a metro station nearby but you have to walk 10 minutes. Also, there’s no restaurants or shops, only à supermarket

The location is great for anyone with a car who prefers to leave the car on the outskirts and take the metro into the center. The balcony was lovely and the access to a gorgeous backyard was a big plus. Loved the artwork in the house. Guy was a wonderful host and even came up with gluten- and lactose-free options for me for breakfast.

Everything was superb. The room was large and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was great, just a short walk to the subway to avoid driving. Big back yard with a swimming pool, very private. The host,Guy was very gracious and extremely helpful. It was faultless.

My family had a lovely stay at this gem of a guesthouse. Unique place, tastefully and beautifully decorated. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool garden is pleasant and well kept. Run with much care and attention to detail by Guy, a most gracious host. Highly recommended!

Welcoming host. Nice room with plenty of light overlooking the garden. Modern property, nicely decorated. Property was a 5 minute walk to the metro, which was then 5-10 minutes to the city centre.

Such a great find this! The owner, “Monsieur Guy” 😎 was fantastic - extremely helpful, accommodating and clearly has great taste in art which is found throughout the property. Delicious breakfasts in the mornings as well! Highly recommend staying here.

it’s a lovely property locates in a quiet residential area. the house is beautifully kept and decorated. You can tell the owner loves art work.

We were there only one night, it wasn’t enough time to dislike anything.

Quiet, comfortable and clean! Very close to the subway station and therefore easy to get to the city!
