The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location was great for a concert at Zitadelle Spandau. We had a great time. Busses were quite easy to find and walk to from the hotel. It was quicker to drive into the city center than to take the train/bus, but it was still very possible. The hotel surroundings were nice and quiet. Lots of trees and green space nearby.

The breakfast was underwhelming for the steep price. Almost 19 euros per person per day is too expensive for a regular hotel breakfast. There was no AC, and the TV did not connect to the wifi, but these are not big issues. The small city of Spandau is not very interesting, but there are shops and cafes if needed.

Staff were friendly and room was pleasant. Great location for what I needed and very close to supermarket. Only a 10 min walk into Spandau town for restaurants.

The breakfast was overpriced so I just bought milk and cereal for the mornings. The pillow was a bit too big and soft for me. I tried to fold it but it didn't work. I appreciate this is a personal choice though. My main gripe was that no one replaced the toilet roll all week so I ran out on my last day. Fortunately there were also tissues in the bathroom to finish off, otherwise I would have had a predicament. I would say this is a serious oversight by cleaning staff so it loses points for that, would have been much less if I hadn't had the backup tissue option.

Really friendly reception staff and breakfast staff, they were happy to help me navigate to the Spandau Citadel. They were really relaxed about me coming back into the hotel late at night following a concert. The room had a nice layout with a great view of the garden area. Clean and tidy. There was a large fan that I used to keep me cool during the hot night. There was no air con but the fan was more than enough.

It was 18.90€ for breakfast (£16.01). If I had known this I would not have had breakfast there.

The location of the hotel is great as it is out of the city hustle with trees surrounding the property. The breakfast is excellent with varieties of eggs, cheeses, fruits, and cereals. The room was clean with classic butt well taken care of furniture. Hats off to the extremely friendly and professional staff.

The coffee of breakfast was not so good, but it was better in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for a visit to Spandau (lovely place), Berlin centre (20 mins with station around the corner) and for the Olympic stadium (only 1 stop away).

Having to come home deflated after losing the Euro final 😔 and such a great stay

Room was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was good and location was ideal as close to station for Central Berlin and also walkable to Spandau which is a great place to visit. Service station close by for any essentials and pub around the corner

Breakfast was a little expensive

Good sized room, 2 single beds. At back of hotel, very quiet location. Some noise from hotel garden below but not really a problem. Helpful staff. 5/10 mins to nearest train station which took us to centre of Berlin and Olympic Stadium.

Nothing in area, no bars or restaurants but train station close by to take you to where you want to go. Paid Berlin city tax on top of accommodation fee.

Very handy to S-bahn and stores, but quiet with lovely view of trees giving impression of being in a park. Breakfast bar showed extra touch--love those tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and balsamic vinegar. Staff very helpful with a small medical emergency, arranging taxi, knew just which hospital to send us to, found a pharmacy that was open on Sunday.

Bed was a bit soft.

A very nice hotel in Berlin-Spandau. We went to a concert at the Zitadelle which is about 25 minutes away by walk. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and the breakfast (paid extra) had many options. There's ample free parking on the street, there's no need to use the paid parking provided by the hotel.

Very very good location (near the Citadel especially good for the music festival), basic rooms you have everything you need, clean and the staff is amazing accommodating.
