Only one unexpected minor incident: During our late arrival and check-in (after a delayed flight we had informed the hotel about), the front desk staff was initially unsupportive. When we asked for the duty manager, she aggressively stated she was the manager and that no options were available. Only after insisting were alternative rooms offered on the same floor to keep our children closer. While a solution was eventually found, the situation could have been handled with more flexibility and professionalism from the beginning.

We’ve stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason! The value for the money is excellent, and the rooms are impressively spacious compared to most other hotels. A special thanks to Robert at the concierge desk—he went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, and our kids had a great time. We also love the beautiful sea views from the rooms. Overall, we always have a great experience here and are already looking forward to our next stay!

One improvement we’d love to see would be renovating the bathrooms—replacing the shower curtains with glass enclosures would make a great difference.

Property is beautiful, in a great location and is beachfront. Our room was beautiful. Its truly the best room I’ve stayed in. I booked an oceanfront room & somehow got a 2bdrm room. It was BEAUTIFUL. Both bedrooms had a balcony and the room was Huge.

The elevators were not working properly the 1st day and then being serviced the next day, so it took a long time to use them. And also 1 of my bathrooms had not been cleaned properly. It had pubic hairs in the tub, so that was nasty. The 2nd bathrooms tub drain wasn’t draining properly, but they came & fixed it immediately after we reportrd ut.

Helpful wonderful front of house manager who made my stay ! She was efficient and charming . The general waiting staff in the restaurant were super too . Very friendly hotel overall with fairly good facilities in a good location . Had a great view of the ocean and this was my 2nd visit .

The towels in the bath rooms were very tired and similarly the beach towels needed refreshing . Hardly a massive deal though . Didn’t like you had to vacate the beach at 5.30pm so they could clear it but was told it’s the same for every hotel

Great beach access. Beautiful pool area. Easy access to trolley, taxis and Uber. Plenty of lounge, chairs and umbrellas, free of charge, on beach.

Twice, a breaker tripped without any heating devices plugged in. Had to have maintenance come twice and fix. One hairdryer was not working. And, unknown to us, when the breaker tripped and turn the lights out, it also turned the compressor to the AC off. It was on the last night we were there, but it was not restored while we were there, so the room facing the beach was quite warm.

Perfect location, great view from my balcony. The staff was great from valet to people from room service. They were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really beautiful everything really clean. The bar had great options to drink.

They charge too much for the parking. That's my 3rd stay there and they keep increasing the parking cost each time. It's not a cheap hotel and they still charge a huge sum for parking. The parking lot is in the building, that makes no sense to charge that much. They charged us for some things that we didn't ask for but the people from front desk took it out

it’s definitely in need of renovation. The bathroom, cabinets, and even the lamps felt outdated and not well maintained. I had to change rooms twice during my stay, and the last time I had to wait for maintenance to fix a broken balcony door. The beach area is another downside — it was covered in seaweed, making it hard to enjoy swimming, and surprisingly, they close the beach as early as 5:30 PM during the summer, which feels too early. Parking is also very expensive at $49 plus tax per night.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. We were avoiding a hurricane with small kids and were very particular on where to go. We didn’t want to stay too close to south beach and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Super friendly staff, valets, room service were welcoming and happy to help us after a stressful drive. The building seems well taken care Of compared to others in the area looked rough. Great views, nice gym, awesome pool and not a busy beach. A nice playground is walking distance down the boardwalk. The suite was large with 2 bathrooms and a fold out couch for the kids with their own tv. I would say this is the only hotel I would stay at in the future in Miami based off of the value for your money.

The property was great. Very clean and relaxing. The Beach was right there not too many people. The restaurant was amazing starting with the food and staffs.

The only thing was the valet. Could be better with the staffs being more polite. Only one person was being rude from the start of getting there after paying VIP parking didn’t greet or offer to get the car. He just gave me the keys every time he was there with a serious face and action of bother. Over all if this could be better next time. I will come back again, I enjoy my stay.
