Did not dine at hotel however the menu prices appeared expensive Aircon had a constant noise on low setting however still worked very well. Difficulty with ordering take away to eat at hotel as they didn’t really support this and there was no in room cutlery or utensils and they would not supply these.

This was a great location. We had stayed on the other side of town at the beginning of our holiday and this area changed my thoughts on the town. This is further away from the tourist area but not too far but definitely a nicer area to stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and helpful also. I had a massage at the hotel Spa which is definitely recommended. I also used the place on the other side of the hotel to get my nails done and they were excellent also and I received a discount for staying at the Hotel. Highly recommended.

Not much but the walls a bit thin so you could hear the other people in the next room and the fridge was noisy. These are only minor and wouldn't put me off staying again.

I liked everything. Simply one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is impeccable across departments. Breakfast is sublime, with a fantastic attention to detail. But to have roneat aek (Cambodian style xylophone) playing throughout is just so calming. Decor is so thoughtful, Great cocktails and especially good at happy hour 5 to 7pm where it's buy one get one free. Final night I had dinner at the Oasis Sky Bar with my family. The steak was incredible and the outdoor setting and service, memorable. Discount too for food and drinks. I'm not selling the place but simply telling the truth. If you don't like it, I'll consider giving you your money back.

The moment you arrive at the hotel you are greeted with exceptional hospitality. A special thanks to Saravuth, Chanra and Kim who are very friendly, kind and helpful. They made recommendations of where to go, arranged our transport, and helped us with booking for our sunset river cruise. The hotel spa service is one of the highlights in our stay, that we even booked twice during our 3-night stay! Kudos to the Camsense Spa Team (Chanda, Sopheak, and Sophea)! You did an amazing job! The massage was one of the best we experienced so far. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were clean. Breakfast was lovely. The sky bar overlooks the city, a nice place to hang out with my husband. We spent hours there! The hotel is in a good location. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Nothing I did not like.

Very new hotel in a great location, everything was walkable and it was in a quiet area with food options nearby. The breakfast is incredible here - loads of choice and long opening hours. Rooftop pool was an added bonus with very strong cocktails on offer, also has an adequate gym. Big spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. Would stay again if in Phnom Penh.

A couple of small things that would need tweaking. We couldn’t get our tv to work and despite asking a number of times, this was never resolved and we gave up in the end. Also the house keeping is a bit hit or miss, there was no shower gel when we checked in and our water was not refilled. We also stayed 4 nights and were only given one roll of toilet paper so had to go ask for more. Our room was nearer the lift and what appeared to be a smoking balcony so we were woken up a few times by people walking back and forth during the night. Minor things but if improved would make a very good stay a great stay.

The rooms are perfectly equipped, the cleanliness and the mattress were so comfortable that I felt right at home. The service of the staff is at a very high level, from the doorman and bellboy at the entrance to the reception staff, room service and waiters in the dining room on the 13th floor. I would like to especially mention the employee named Sophea from breakfast. She is an asset to the hotel and the personal service she gives to all guests together with her team is simply amazing and rare. I am sad to leave the hotel, but I will definitely return to stay at the hotel next year and recommend it to my close friends. Many thanks to the Caravan Hotel for the amazing hospitality. This hotel quickly became our favorite in Phnom Penh, thanks to its exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The reception team was warm and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant and Skybar staff were equally outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. A special mention to Manager Jack, whose hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable and we were able to feel his warm kindess during our stay. The Skybar itself is a must-visit, offering stunning city views and a great selection of drinks. The restaurant is offering asian and european style menu, which was super great. We were initially given a room on the third floor and when we asked if we could be given a room on higher floor with less noise from the construction next door they readily agreed and gave us an upgrade to a junior suite on the twelfth floor in the process. We were pleasantly surprised to get the junior suite and we thoroughly enjoyed the generous hospitality and kindness from the staff. We truly appreciate your efforts and will fondly remember our stay in Phnom Penh due to all the support we received.

The location is a bit out of the way but tuktuks on Grab make it quite easy to get around the city.

Our entire stay was managed impeccably to ensure we had the most comfortable and stress-free experience. Our room was very clean, comfortable and a nice size. The location is excellent: a short tuk tuk ride or walk to most major Phnom Penh tourist destinations (night market, Royal Palace, National Museum of Cambodia, Russian Market, Central Market) and trendy eating spots (Romdeng, Langka Lane, Bassac Lane) but despite the central location there is little noise pollution at night. The customer service is faultless – a special thank you to Mr Chov Sayon ('Ben') who helped us with our booking and also his restaurant and Skybar recommendations. He and the Caravan Hotel team were incredibly friendly and courteous. We are coming back after our trip to Siem Reap! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff, it’s all amazing!! We stayed 6 nights around Christmas for a treat and we felt like royalty. L The rooms are really large and comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar is really chill with a great view, and even the gym is nice (although a little small, but still good)! The staff was also incredible. I forgot something when I checked out and they went out of their way to have it delivered to my friend in the city. Overall, super super happy with the experience and can totally recommend :)

The Tuktuk drivers that are right outside the property charge a little more but they are super nice and speak multiple languages, so that’s good
