Beautiful hotel. Good location. You can enjoy the silence or walk about 20 minutes to the bustling street with restaurants, bars and entertainments. Most of the tourist sights are within 20 - 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The plumbing new and works great. WI-FI and air conditioner work very well. Own parking (free). Very good breakfast. Tasty and high-quality products. Check-in and check-out - 2 minutes. No problem with payment. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Quickly responds to questions after booking.

The location was easy to reach by car, and free street parking in front of the B&B was included – we only had to give our plate number to the host. Communication with the host was fast, straightforward, and very pleasant. Staff were lovely, polite, and calm, which made us feel at home right away. Our room was quiet, cosy, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were in outstanding condition, much better than expected for this price range. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, cereals, bakery items, and good coffee in a nice setting. Overall a very safe and welcoming atmosphere – highly recommended!

Nothing given the price range. Maybe the parking situation if you do not want to park your car on the street, but it was no problem for us at all.

The "room" was actually an entire apartment. It had a hallway leading to a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, it had a bathroom and a big room, with one king sized bed and another smaller bed for one person. The room also had a desk, where I could work on my laptop, it was great! The breakfast was buffet and it was delicious, contained everything one could want: fried eggs, omelette, fried sausages, bacon, a few types of cheese, a few types of ham and salami and also some fruits. The location is decent, not really far away from the center, about 20 minutes on foot. You can park in front of the house, and there are also some parking places inside their yard. They also let us stay about half an hour over the leaving time of the room.

We loved this accommodation - the room was spacious with a mini kitchen, seating area, bedroom and bathroom. We loved the art on the wall, a really special touch! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was out the centre but the positives of this were that it was very quiet, we had a great night's sleep! The area felt safe and short walk into town.

Just that the location was a bit further out of town, but there were benefits of this and it was reflected in the price.

This was our second stay in Vila Teslova, last time we were here in 2017 and once again we had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The property is very cozy. Homey atmosphere and artistic decor makes it really special. Our room was good, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Ljubljana. The location was perfect—close to the city’s main attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that allowed us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We stayed with our six months old son and we walked to the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and had everything whats needed.

This property is located in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood that is an easy 10-15 minute walk into town. Our room was bright with big windows, and it felt so large and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Our hostess, Eva, was welcoming and helpful with a great suggestion for dinner. Parking is either onsite or just outside the building on the street. Breakfast was really good - it had a wide selection of food, with both hot and cold options. Would highly recommend!!

Our room was so lovely loft. It had everything needed and we are sorry that we were here only for one night. Would definitely return. They had amazing breakfast with a lot of choices and quite near the end they refilled it for us who came a bit late for breakfast which I actually never so on my travels. And the space for breakfast is beautiful inside and garden. At the reception you can buy some postcards and graphics of Slovenian nature and wildlife, very lovely gift or souvenir.

The location was good - about 20 minutes away from the city center by foot. Private parking place!!! The host was kind. The room was spacious and clean. There was kitchen place but we didn't use it. We were offered breakfast but we didn't have time so we couldn't have it.

We arrived at the villa about an hour and a half early and we were offered to pay extra 10 euro to check in earlier or park at the private parking place for free so we choose the second option. That was the only place which wanted extra tax for early accommodation (we made 10-days trip Bulgaria-Croatia-Slovenia-Italy).

The breakfast included was great, the workers were super nice, and the room was spacious and bright. The neighborhood was safe as a solo female traveler, close enough to the city (about 15 min walk). There wasn't room for me to park in the driveway but there was room right outside the BnB on the street, and they paid for my parking.

I was on the first floor facing the driveway, so i wasn't able to open my window curtains without being seen by everyone walking outside. Also the bathrooms are small, and it can be a bit noisy hearing others going in and out of the bathrooms, but this was all expected given the listing and the price. Overall no huge issues.

The wonderful Leonora, who must be the hardest working person I have ever seen! Breakfast was also wonderful.

I did not like the extra charges for early check in or check out, better to have a more flexible touch to guests arrival and departure but I guess this has to be strict due to few staff and logistics. Just wondering why the extra charge if room available. I also didn’t like the bars on the windows which did not open, just wondering if safe in an emergency and it was also very hot in the room with just a fan in the heatwave. Quite far to walk from the central area in the town in the heat.
