The best has been the staff, they helped me from minute one! I had a lot of luggage with me traveling alone for work and they were extremely kind helping me bring it to the reception and room, they upgraded me so that I could have enough space and had several Gluten Free options for breakfast. Not only that, they provided me with a pic nic bag for every day that I couldn't enjoy breakfast on site because of work. Absolutely everyone was kind and friendly, I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you so much again for all your help and kindness during my stay!

The plaza Santa Ponsa was ideally located near the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The hotel was bright and airy, excellent aircon throughout the premises. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bfast options were amazing as was Harry's restaurant which we ate in a couple of times during our stay. Finally their outdoor seating area was so relaxing where you could read a book, have a beer/ cocktail and watch the world go by

Nothing really, when booking we thought that we had sun loungers on our balcony but they seemed to be located in rooms facing out towards the pool Our room was located on the street side. Not a complaint- observation only.

Everything from the minute we arrived. The staff at reception, the cleaners, breakfast staff and bar staff. Every one of them were helpful and courteous. The food was lovely and the location is perfect for holiday makers. Leah, Petra, Conchita and rest made it a fantastic holiday for us and it was the same on our first stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be back again in 2025 after refurbishment and hope to meet all the staff again.

I really couldn't complain about anything, because if you asked for help someone would be there to assist.

The pool was really great. A refreshing change to not having people reserve beds. It was in the sun all day, which is rare; Clean and perfect temperature beds in good condition. Rooms were really nice and although we asked to move from room 116 as it overlooked the bins, they moved straight away and we had a sea facing view - nothing was too much effort and the staff were very friendly. The bar prices were exceptionally good - a festival cup of cava was only 5 euros which was brilliant. Breakfast was pretty good - nice variety and tasty. Location was brilliant, a few steps from the beach and some very good restaurants. We were spoilt for choice!

Not so much did not like, but an observation. There was no kettle in the room for us to have a cuppa in the morning and we found out as we checked out that we could have rented one from reception, so will know for next time. They changed the towels every day, even if they were hung up, which I thought did not happen anymore.

The location is great - close to the beach, shops & bus stops & taxi rank right outside the hotel. The sitting area outside is very comfortable & a great position to people watch . Drinks are great value for money. The food in the restaurant is good & great value specially with the 20% voucher you are given by the hotel. My only criticism of the restaurant is that it isn’t cosy, it is a bit sterile.

Breakfast was included in our price & there was a fantastic choice apart from FRESH juices . I feel there should at least be fresh orange juice. Restaurant for dinner is not very cosy .

Breakfast was excellent, good choice. Hotel was very clean and smelled beautiful. All staff from reception, bar and house keeping were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us and the hotel outdoor bar is lovely to relax in.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing that I think could be helpful would be to have a grab bar in the shower. But it wasn't anything that took away the positive experience of our stay.

Fabulous location. Close to the beach & tennis tourney. Easy to get around via bus or taxi. The staff made our trip amazing. Everyone was happy to help and genuinely nice and friendly and responsive to needs. We had the breakfast buffet which was attended to by our favorite employee. Lots of choices & good quality. The restaurant had a great Caesar salad. A good value for the cost.

We heard all external noises including the recycling at 7am and music & people at 2am, but friends heard nothing. The bathroom was hard to use because the toilet was pushed into the corner. If you were heavy you could not use it. The plug in the bathroom was blocked by the sink and shower. The pool closed at 7pm, not sure why & gym equipment didn’t work.

The location of the hotel was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was always spotless and there were always sunbeds. The cocktail bar and Harry's Bistro were great and would recommend them. There was a bus stop at side of hotel that went into Palma and also airport. There was also a taxi rank outside hotel as well.

The only point I would say is that I had difficulty getting in and out of the pool by myself and the addition of a rail on the steps would make a great difference.

We wanted a hotel for two nights close to the Mallorca Live Festival and this hotel in central Santa Ponsa was everything we hoped for and more. Free Car Parking, close to bars, restaurants and beach. Superb customer service. Multi lingual & well trained staff and nothing was too much trouble for this brilliant team. Breakfast self service choice was delicious. In the early evening after being poolside we loved sitting on the terrace watching the world go by with a cocktail made by the barman and not using any pre made sugar filled cocktail mixes. Every cocktail made exactly to recipe. Adults only hotel so this suited us as we wanted a quiet relaxing time by the pool. Taxi rank right outside so this was perfect for going to and from the Festival. Great prices in the hotel and restaurant too. We loved this central location and being close to everything we needed.The hotel interior decor is modern and bright with lots of places to eat and drink throughout your stay.

Harry’s bistro (hotel kitchen ) closed at 9.30pm on Friday night and we would have liked to eaten a late supper there but this wasn’t possible so we went to a local restaurant and ate there instead. There is only one coffee machine at breakfast time so this caused quite a bit of queuing at peak time.

The buffet style breakfast was great and lots of variety. The room was ample enough and the balcony was a definitely a bonus. The hotel was in a excellent location and within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I would have preferred a room with a queens size bed, but the hotel did their best to accommodate our request. Not sure if it was normal, but the refrigerator in the room did not keep things very cold.
