It was very clean and staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with how beautiful the lobby and the rooms were. The beds were comfortable and everything was placed neatly. The couch that was in our room was also confortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I also want to give extra appreciation to the small market they have in the hotel.

My only complaint is the small parking, parking was very limited and packed. For a hotel like this, the parking should be way bigger, that was my only disappointment.

We were pleased to see a nice lounge area with a pool table, foosball table, couches and other seating, and a nice big TV. The store to buy snacks and drinks was very helpful to us. We were also pleased to know that there is a breakfast buffet that can be included to your stay, or pay before you eat. The seating area for breakfast was very nice. Very nice bar area with seating. The name brand soap in the bathroom was great! I was glad to see the name brand.

Staff wasn't that friendly. There was construction going on during the time of our stay, made it difficult to park and get around.

I like a couple of your desk clerks, nice entrance, and side doors. To beat the 3pm crowd rush. Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotels where I I ke to stay. First time at this location wasn't to bad..

I did not like the chair, a hotel rooms should have a comfortable chair to sit in bed lying down for bed. Something your quest need a nice comfortable place to sit beside the bed.

My wife and I came for the weekend and we were surprised by how nice this location was. Our room had a separate living room so we can still be awake while our daughter slept, which was so nice. The staff was very friendly as well. And although we did not have time to use the restaurant or other amenities like the pool table and lounge area, it all looked great and we will have to come back to enjoy it again sometime.

Since our room had a separate living area from the bedroom, it was hard to keep the living room warm when we closed the door for the night or while our daughter was sleeping. A second heater or wall vent would be nice.

The breakfast was amazing the dining area was beautiful . My kids loved the pool and the hot tub. We enjoy the pool table, table top games. It gave our family time to do games together that other hotels don't.

They charged us twice for a one night stay. We still never got refunded our money back or our deposit back on our card. My 13 year old got charged as an adult had to buy his breakfast voucher separately.

I Enjoyed The Professionalism From The Front Desk Personnel Mac/Malik Not Sure How To Spell It But Very Charming Made You Feel Welcome As Soon As You Walked In If He's Not On The Management Team He Should Be.

I Went To Enjoy The Hot Tub But As I Get There A Lot Of Under Age And Unsupervised Children Was In It. I'm A Firm Believer That Hot Tubs Are For Adults. And I Notice As I Read The Rules There Wasn't A Age Limit Which It Should. This Was My Maine Reason For Booking With You To Relax. But Mac/Malik Handle My Concern Very Professional.

We travel for sports quite a bit and had stayed 2 other times this summer in MN. This hotel was by far the BEST hotel we stayed at. The breakfast option was amazing and totally worth it. Actual eggs(not the bagged eggs or the folded over omlets), potatoes, bacon and sausage along with freshly made mini waffles (staff makes them, not guests, so no sticky grimed up waffle maker to fight with here!), donuts, fruit, yogurts, bagels, toast, oatmeal, orange and apple juice, good coffee and more. Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The staff were all friendly....every single one of them. Close to everything MOA and more but far enough out to not be in the thick of the craziness.

The pool was pretty small and very echoey. We didn't need the pool so it didn't matter to us, but I can see why someone would avoid it. It looked clean and the hot tub looked nice.

Night staff who greeted me was wonderful. Very polite, respectful and friendly. Location is close to airport, room is a good size, comfortable and has good amenities. I appreciated the all Dove bathroom products and lotion. Bed was heavenly and I wished I could have slept more!

Carpet seems a little old, but that was the only thing that I noted

The hotel is conveniently located and has great amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness room, guest laundry, elevators, etc.) Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly.

The bathroom had minimal space. Breakfast is an additional charge (about $9 per person)

The management was astonishing specially Ms Evette she was very kind and personable and I will definitely stay there again.

Although the breakfest was great, If they added tortillas to the menu it would make it easy for breakfest burritos
