very clean,good facilities,comfortable,modern and new,nice lobby and rooftop.there is a machine to buy drinks or snacks if you need .and there is luggage storage inside the building which is so great if your flught is later than check out.the location is a bit far from center but very close to metro station so you arrive in 20-30 minutes to center .

the check in is through machine (which was not hard )in the building which I prefered to be online check in because when you arrive to the building you would be tired after long flight and it would be better to be online check in .

Hotel is located in a quiet area, public transport is within 10 min walking distance. We had a rental car and could park it free of charge on the street just around the corner. Whatsapp communication with the staff was efficient. Our hotel room was clean and well equipped, overall good value for money.

I loved how convenient it was despite being humanless!!!! Everything worked perfectly well and the checkin / checkout was totally flawless. Loved the terrace, the common area and the apartment!!

It was really cold in the common area. The shower needed glass for keeping the floor dry, but other than that, it was absolutely amazing. The most modern studio I have ever stayed in Madrid!

Very clean apartment and area; Nice design with wooden and white colors and atmosphere of the apartment and reception area; The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and in good condition. Cozy rooms. Climate control, lighting is good. Friendly and kind staff.

Complicated check in during the outstanding hours. Chance to fail check in even if staff guaranteed easy access. The elevator is very slow working and was not in order one day. No free cleaning service if you stay less than week.

Good location, rooftop terrace, price-value ratio, comfortable bed and shower, motion sensor triggered foot level night lights when going to the kitchen or bathroom. Clean and well-equipped apartment.

Fridge was very noisy, waked us up when turned on/off. There was construction nearby, started at 8 in the morning, it was very noisy.

The room is perfectly equipped, stylish and very clean. All building looks great and very clean. Everyone was so nice and it was near to metro.

We arrived and there was no one at the reception and we didn't know how to get in if we didn't have the key yet. Even though the hotel knew we were coming. It was lucky that we met a nice hotel employee who helped us. But if that hadn't happened, I don't know how we would have handled the situation. The streets around were not very clean and smelled a lot, but the hotel is not responsible for that.

I really love the apartments inside they are very good split by areas kitchen bathroom and the bedroom side. Very comfort and good condition.

The outside door and the aspect of the zone at night is a kind of unsafe environment with the near bars and restaurants they are people around no so much good looking

No electric kettle in the room. Owner may think of it for arrangement.

The studio has a kitchen, so we could have breakfast there. Facilities are fine and complete, location is convenient enough (metro station nearby), place felt safe. Re the light sensor: we put a bag in front of it, problem solved :-).
