Food was excellent, served quickly, beautiful presentation, nice flavors, generous amounts. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary glass of wine on checkin was a delightful surprise after a serveral hour drive. The decor was inviting and different, food and wine inspired. Comfortable chairs and tables in the restaurant, inviting customers to linger.

A small amount of noise in the morning was annoying as some repair?? was being made next door to my room.

The restaurant and bar were great. The room was comfortable, although the outdoor furniture was a little worn. The staff was invariably terrific!

I think the hotel was extremely high priced - about double what it should have been. Perhaps we just got a really bad deal through a third party. Also, the hotel is built right next to a highway, so if you sit outside you are accompanied by traffic noise at any time, day or night.

The location is very convenient to the Soho district which is loaded with great restaurants! The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were professional, pleasant and attentive to any need/request we had.

Would have liked to have more options for the TV - no ability to connect with our Netflix/Prime accounts either directly or via casting. No movies available for purchase. The remote didn’t even have a pause feature so we could get our room service without missing content. Since we spent most of our time out of the room, this was not a big dissatisfier, but would like more video options.

Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating, had an issue with brunch dining and Ashton attended to it immediately I asked for non feathers bedding at the time of booking and so happy that my needs were met upon arrival.

Went for brunch on Sunday, was told that there was no seating in main dining room, although there were many open and unoccupied tables. I was upset as a hotel guest to be told that I could not be accommodated. Extremely disappointed. Customer service lacking by the hostess/manager

Superb hotel in a great location, literally opposite Bern’s Steak House. Complimentary wine on check-in a nice touch.

Bar prices! You have to make a reservation for breakfast even if you have paid for it as part of the room rate.

loved the rooftop bar, the room service, the helpful staff, the beds were soooooo comfy, it was so close to everything, and the mini bar was the best I’ve seen. can’t imagine going to Tampa without staying here again!

2nd time staying. A lovely atmosphere. Beautiful art and interesting sculpture. Always appreciate the glass of wine upon check-in.

The pool water was a bit filming. Our room was dusty. The good thing Management wanted to immediately remedied the situation with a a thorough clean, but we were already situated. Note: management credited us.

Very swanky and eclectic.

Pool area needed some cleaning up. There is a rooftop bar, which is cool except it was VERY loud from about 11pm-1:30am. It was very hard to get any rest.

Location, and service, food was great but drinks in the room were overpriced.
