The owner was excellent! I only book 1 room for my parent in laws but the owner even invited us to come hangout or even enjoy their pool and it is probably the only place with this price that offer you also a small breakfast. The place the building is jist like in the photo.

It is understandable that the location is in the quiet residential area. So it is not close to an esplanade but it just 5-10 minutes drive. However the other goodside is the place is closer to tge supermarket and shopping mall.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The size of the room was smaller than it appears in photos. Breakfast is served in the shared kitchen, with basic cereals, milk, juice, toast, tea, and coffee. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. This is a family oriented motel. The beach is a short drive away, as are shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Loved the peace and quiet, the bed was very comfy, the shower was big and the water hot and plentiful. The continental breakfast was welcome and the lovely garden setting offered a great place to relax. All within a few minutes of shops and beaches. Liked the security gates too Sorry we didnt plan to stay longer.

Our room was small but well planned and there was everything we needed. Some of the wall decor was a bit over the top but not enough to detract from the many comforts on offer.

first night the bed sheets in one of the beds were soiled and had possibly not been changed, strong odour. management did move us immediately to freshly clean room after we told them and stated it had never happened. check sheets prior to going in!

Friendly greeting on arrival. While my initial impressions were not very favorable of the place itself, I did warm to it during my 2 night stay.

From the pictures, I had expected more of a resort, but it was really a glammed up backpackers, and quite far from Yeppoon centre. That said, if that is what you are expecting, it is quite fine.

Unique accomodation, great location in a quiet residential area, plenty of on-street parking and very comfy beds! Also very friendly reception on arrival.

Being really picky here, there’s no shower screen/curtain in the bathroom separating the shower area, so the whole room becomes a “wet room” if you’re not careful.

The property is quirky - somewhere between a motel & backpakers. The rooms are very clean & good size bathroom. There are a number of outdoor settings & a communal dining areas & the Host Martin, was super friendly & helpful.

The property is set in a suburban street. If you have a car &/or like walking, this is not a problem. It is about a 30 min walk to the stunning Yeppoon waterfront.

We only had one night. Its looks like it was a backpackers from the outside. But the rooms was just lovely.Our room said it had a microwave and a toaster, but it didn't but there was a communal kitchen with everything in it. But the owner was kind enough to give me a brand new toaster. It was very comfortable and well priced for Yeppoon

The staff were excellent very courteous the gardens the pool very clean and tidy the breakfast bar was clean and everything was fresh like the bread And milk and juices made it very homely and most of all very piecfull and quite highly recommended We will be back for sure.

Very small rooms for the price .Need to be physically strong and fit to take suitcases upstairs . Minimal on site tricky parking . There is on street parking .
