The service was great.. when I checked in I asked if we could have a plate and a knife. James asked why. I explained we had some cheese & crackers. He came back with a platter, a cheese knife, some napkins and an ice bucket and wine glasses. Dinner was great. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing. James was the only staff in the restaurant, none of us waited for drinks, orders, food or attention. Every restaurant needs this young man to come and show them what simply good service looks like. 💙 I hope i remember his name correctly.. young guy, dark hair and stylish moustache

My only criticism was, the cleaners had not rinse away the cleaning products on shower floor making it very slippery at first.

Excellent HUGE oval spa! The main meal we ordered in our room was 10/10. The king bed was VERY comfortable. Clean crisp bedding. Our room was quiet and private. We will definitely stay again.

The desserts we ordered were tasty but tiny and not worth $20 each! When we first entered the unit, hubby walked into the bathroom and almost fell over on the still very wet and slippery floor. The bedside lamps and large mirror were modern and decorative, but so dusty. This was disappointing when overall the room was lovely and clean.

Great pool area and restaurant t. Friendly and helpful staff and great gym room. I loved that the pool was so huge as well as nice and clean. We had a beautiful view from our room and seen kangaroos morning and afternoon. Our room was neat and tidy and big enough for husband and 2 teenagers.short drive to Central Queensland University which was good. Also close to the road to Yeppoon.

It was a short drive to shops but didn’t find that really a problem and contributed to the serenity of the place. It’s not amongst the bustle and bustle of Rocky but we like that too.

The family room was two joined rooms, and all the kids got their own bed, plus a bathroom for them and one for the adults. Even though we didn't use it the kitchenette was very well equipped and one of the rooms had a full sized fridge with freezer which was also great when travelling. Even though we arrived a little late due to an accident on the highway, they had already phoned to check up on us and check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was also still open to allow us to grab a good meal. Definitely don't eat too much beforehand as the meals are easily pub sized.

The new highway arrangement means that it is left in and left out, but u-turns are not far away.

This is the most comfy motel with a perfect location and easy access. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The car is undercover, the pool is amazing and the restaurant is well worth the visit. Everything you could possibly need is onsite. The staff are friendly and really looked after us, special mention to Jacob, a real asset to Quality Resort Rockhampton

The only thing we missed was a freezer to freeze our cooler blocks for our following days travels. The fridge works beautifully but has no freezer

Location was at first daunting being so far from the city and then I realised how great it is to be away from the main drag making the stay sweeter. Layout of the room was ok, not a fan of the main bed being soo close to the kitchen (less than 1mtr) and heaps of spacious car parks which is a massive bonus. Great friendly staff upon arrival, including the restaurant hosts, housekeepers and gardens/maintenance gurus. Was a pleasant stay and would most definitely come back if that standards stays.

Besides the bed and kitchen being too close together in our room, the main rubbish wheely bin being in the small community laundry room... I think the only down side which isn't much at all, was the Rules on Towels. No free pool towels for the pool. You must bring your own or hire Korte's pool towels as you are not allowed to use the room towels. I couldn't find info online or whilst booking about this delimma besides the actual room. We did buy some towels from BigW only to opt out of using the pool entirely as we were too busy to go for a swim anyway. I get it, people pinch towels from hotels and it's a big cost to the company to wash them, maybe in the future this changes. Other than those small things, I'd definitely be back 😊👌

I love the rooms are separated throughout the resort. Laundry facilities were close and convenient. Room service and food was amazing.

It is a little far out of town. A dishwasher would definitely make me feel better about the cleanliness of the utensils, plates and bowls. Cleaning and tidying rooms more often would be great. I was there for 4 nights and didn’t once have towels changed or bed made up.

Clean and comfortable, close to the highway but so quiet. Bed was so comfortable, room was large and bathroom was modern and spotless, towels were nice and fluffy. Great meal in the restaurant. We will be back....great place to stay!

All was good...to be really, really picky, the bath mat could be a bit bigger, and a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be handy. Oh and our fridge wasn't working when we got there...we fixed it though.

It's right near the main road heading north out of Rockhampton but you can't tell you're close to the road at all it's quiet, relaxing and there are beautiful views and tones of room. The restaurant has delicious food and the pool looks awesome at night!

The pool wasn't heated. But, that's a usual thing for most accommodations. There was no extra garbage bag for the bin or bench wipe but, also extremely easy fixed when I asked.

friendly greeting at reception, comfortable roomy bed, very clean, generous cupboard storage, easy parking ,loved the food at the restaurant, we eat at it both nights with our guests and all enjoyed our food and service. I used the rowing machine in the gym to relieve my tight mussels from traveling will happily stay there again.
