Everything! The location is fabulous just across the very quiet road from the beach. Everything and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The facilities were outstanding including a generously sized pool long enough to swim in not just take a cooling dip and very comfortable and well equipped external BBQ and lounge area. Even the laundry room was so well equipped, clean and external drying area and pegs provided. Our twin bed room was beautifully styled and well designed with generous sized single beds and the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever!! Our hosts had thought of everything a traveller could possibly need, even salt and pepper! Parking is available very close to each apartment which are all on ground level so transfer of luggage was very easy.

A beautiful place to stay which exceeded all expectations. The room has a coastal home vibe - the attention to detail is perfect. The room has everything you need, beautifully equipped with a kitchenette, clean bathroom & an extremely comfy bed. The laundry facilities are spectacular, and theres a great BBQ area opposite the rooms. The manager is friendly upon arrival & parking is convenient for large cars. Can highly recommend this place and will be staying there again when passing through next time.

The attention to detail in just about every aspect of this accommodation is exceptional. From the stylish and current design of the rooms to the well maintained lawns and gardens. The housekeeping was also excellent. The outdoor dining/relaxing area is fantastic and so well presented.

Can't really find anything to fault. For us, it was a terrific place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The reception at check-in was so friendly and helpful. Easy check-in. Room was clean with large bed, kitchen with 2 plate burner, microwave etc. extra tea towels and cleaning products. Not services daily but was offered fresh towels daily. Pool and bbq area spotless. Grassed area out front kept well. Free laundry with honour system. Staff some of the friendliest I have come across. 10/10

It was so far the best stay during our journey. They renovated the rooms so that everything is nice and shiny. It was absolute tidy and clean, the beds were comfortable and I liked the barbecue and pool area a lot. Also very friendly hosts and good restaurant and tour recommendation. The garden and the palms make you feel like in Florida. But why go to Florida if you can have Kinka Palms? :)

The shades in the kitchen do a dingle dangle if there is wind. Sure you can find a solution fit this as well. Just a tiny remark :)

Location was beautiful, a hidden gem! Cleanliness was beyond. Staff were lovely. We were very impressed with this property. The room was fantastic with great facilities and again really clean and lovely decor, we have put this one on our list for places to return and highly recommend. Just bring your esky and enjoy a bbq tea by the pool, then stroll on the beach across the road.

The place was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. Shower a bit outdated, but functional nonetheless. The hosts were friendly and appeared to be happy to help.

The bed was too soft for my liking- very uncomfortable. Woke up with an extremely sore back both mornings. But probably just personal preference- can't please them all!

Everything about my stay at Kinka Palms was exceptional. Firstly, I requested an early check-in (of around 1pm, I didn't want to push my luck) so I was blown away when I received a text message from Louise just after 8am letting me know the room was ready. I ended up checking in at 9.30, giving me plenty of time to get ready for my friend's engagement party. The room was lovely, very clean, cute palm themed decor, kitchenette with everything anyone could need. There's a bbq area for guests which has a large fridge and television, with plenty of comfortable seating. It took me all of about 30 minutes of being there to decide I would return (so I could actually use and enjoy the gorgeous facilities!).

There wasn't much to not like. Possibly the clingy shower curtain? It was a little annoying but really not an issue.

The service was fantastic. Greeted on arrival with a big smile. As we drove in the manicured grounds were so green and lush and had a lovely inviting vibe. The pool area looked so inviting and had a brilliant little bbq area complete with a big screen to watch the footy - bonus. Beautiful views of the beach and very tranquil setting. The bedrooms were beautiful. Very clean and well thought out furniture. Beautiful crisp sheets and soft towels. Everything thought of from the large fridge - plenty of room for drinks and food if wanting to cook onsite at the bbqs, down to the napkins. The shower was to die for with fabulous pressure. I think this place would be a fantastic place to house a small family reunion or birthday get together. I'll certainly be back.

Only thing I didn't like was the pillows were too thick. I prefer a thin pillow and forgot to bring my own one. The pillows were new and looked amazing though.

Located a skip from the beach and generous front lawn ensures guests a peaceful and restful sleep. Generous self contained space with all the amenities. Kitchen appliances and bits covered all contingencies. Fresh towels every day. Gorgeous outdoor space with excellent bbq facilities. A laundry for longer stays. Bliss.
