The room was clean and comfortable. The location suited our needs well too. Close to Yeppoon parkrun and eating spots.

Unloading all our things into our room after 6 hours of travelling, only to be told we had been given the wrong room because the receptionist had given me the wrong document to sign. We then had to pack up and move to another at the other end of the complex.

Lovely clean and ideal for a night stop on a long road trip. Close to all amenities and to the beach. Easy to reach from Rockampton and the Bruce Highway. Only one downside was the door didn't fit very well and outside noise was able to enter the room. If the door had a seal it would have been much quieter. But a great place to stay.

Great lady at reception.Modern styling very clean with parking at the door.Extra towels in the bathroom if we needed them.Walking distance to the beach.Right in the Main Street with numerous options for dinner at your doorstep as well as a supermarket and 1770 Gelato a few doors down as well.

The bed was massive and fairly comfortable. Loved having a parking space right outside the door. Walking distance to the pub and gelato. Great value for money.

That the tiles was really wet and didn’t completely dry.

The location was excellent with cafes pubs shopping and beach within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating as our trip took longer to get there communication was excellent. Would def book again.

At the time some building works commenced at 7am which was a bit noisy also ran out of hand soap and toilet paper but overall brilliant stay.

Love the location away from the shiny shopping/eating/beachfront area. Close to Yogalicious, bog standard Thai and two local pubs it’s convenient and not flashy ..

The faucet in the wash basin was a little obtrusive but regardless of something so minor life is pretty good here.

Location, convenient and easy to walk to everything. It was also quiet and the staff were helpful.

No power points next to the bed, however the receptionist provided extension leads. The shower gel dispenser detached from the wall and made a mess in the shower.

Very close to everything! Easy check-in after hours. Great for a short stay.

I need a room to be dark to be able to sleep. The light on the veranda was extremely bright interrupting my sleep. Block out curtains that are floor to ceiling may resolve this issue.

The location was perfect for my needs. The cleaning girl on Sunday morning was delightful. Very friendly. Lovely chat about local knowledge.

Nothing to dislike, other than perhaps a bit expensive for 1 person for 1 night.

We only wanted a place to lay our heads for 1 night that was clean and handy to the centre of Yeppoon. Sail Inn provided that. It's not 5 star but for that location it is very good value and everything you can expect for price we paid.
