Everything! The location, surroundings, views, on-site restaurant, great pool and grassed playing area. Spacious apartment with terrific views, breeze or a/c, large variety of snacks and drinks, very comfortable bed, parking area close. Great, onsite restaurant with delicious full meals or tapas, yummy desserts and cocktails. Attentive, welcoming, patient young staff at Reception and in restaurant, all with a lovely manner and sense of humour. Family friendly but also romantic and private. Fuel and groceries close by, as is the marina and it's cafe. Beach across the road, lovely for walking. Fabulous!!!! Will definitely try to return for a few nights next time.

Location... views and beach. We stayed on the top floor with sea view (Room 21), sleeps upto 4. Dining table is high with bar stools (no chairs) .. but it was still nice sitting at table in the morning watching over the water, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Clean Room, with bedroom seperate. Bed comfortable. Nice shower with plenty of hot water, and nice SOFT towels. Full kitchen with M/W, Oven, Cooktop. TV and bluetooth speaker. Even a vacuum.

Nothing major. Bathroom shampoo little tube. Its a little away from town and restaurants so you have to drive, but that was the whole idea.

Friendly helpful staff. Close to the marina and headland walks. Room was clean and tidy and had all amenities we needed.

Gaps at side of blinds didn’t afford complete privacy as room was next to a public footpath. One of the lights on the footpath was faulty and flashed all night and one of the bedside lamp bulbs had blown. Both reported to reception on checkout to be fixed by housekeeping. Room was out of wifi range.

Great spot convenient to Yeppoon and Emu Park but still out of the way and quiet. The beach opposite a nice protected corner for swimming. Fantastic shower. The water and pressure were fantastic, especially after a hot day on the water. Bed were wonderfully comfortable. great self-contained room with an extra trundle bed for children and a great view of the ocean and islands. The staff kind and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing location with a fab view. Very spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed.

It could really do with a deep clean and refurb. Furniture is all a bit worn and there are lots of marks on walls, skirting, doors and mould on ceiling above the shower - all could easily be resolved, and make what is a nice place to stay, an amazing one! Also the set up with the 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom was a bit odd and didn't really work.

Fantastic location, quiet and picturesque. Our room looked over the pool area and across the road to the beach. The kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beaches restaurant was just downstairs and the meals were good. Easy drive into Emu Beach or Yeppoon.

We had an upstairs room and the stairs can be a bit tricky, needed better lighting in stairwells and path way to restaurant. Kitchen chairs were wobbly and uncomfortable.

The apartment style room was so well equipped, had everything you need to self cater. Was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy. Great sea views from the 3rd floor. We were also super appreciative of being let in to our room early on a super wet and cold day.

Only issue was having to lug suitcase up three floors as there is no lift, but it was worth it for the view! Also the shower has a curtain rather than a glass door which resulted in a wet bathroom floor.

)the spa bath in room was awesome fitted me and my partner but a jacuzzi where the pool is would be the go, room was nice great value for money the day spa treatments where phenomenal

The spa pool could be available to guests that would change everything and put Yous on the map if guests had access to it day or night especially night time or during winter, would be amazing but you have to book and pay 20 dollars , you could work something out where guests pay 10 Bux per head per day for key card to access spa pool/jacuzzi, the spa in bedroom is beautiful but something bigger like the one the day spa has would be the go., Just needed room service and Yous should have a shop for guests to buy certain foods pre made meals and cigarettes and sweets I cream etc

Our stay in room 4 was excellent! Lovely location and access to restaurant and beach. The staff also helped us to stay another night. Both ladies we dealt with were excellent and couldn't have done more.

Our second room, can't remember the room number but it was upstairs overlooking the rooftop deck of the restaurant, had a futon for a lounge. Unfortunately this futon was not comfortable and made it difficult to relax. We still had a wonderful time and intent to return for a week!

Booking in was a bit difficult, receptionist said that Booking.com gets type of room wrong in their description & price. Receptionist said I booked a basic room, which wasn’t the case. Receptionist was polite & our room booking was eventually sorted out & we were very happy with room 21 that we were allocated for 2 nights. Roslyn Bay resort needs to iron out any problems that they may have with Booking.com. We have never had a problem with Booking.com, we book through them often.
