The beds were at high level. Please have locks for the bathrooms. Very disappointed hotel collecting DESTINATION charges, there no reason to create unnecessary excuse to make more money. It is immoral.

HOTEL COLLECTING DESTINATION CHARGES.

Great location for walking to Pike Place Market and easy access to monorail to Space Needle. Nice shopping around hotel. Hotel room large and comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Nice restaurant and bar area. Across street is another Hyatt with nice Italian restaurant. Staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and how to navigate walking downtown safely.

I liked everything about it. No fault of the hotel but on way down Pine Street there were homeless and drug activity in plain site which is truly sad and a shame.

I enjoyed my stay at your convenient hotel. The room was clean and staff was very good. They arranged to have our groups 2 rooms side by side.

The restaurant was not very good. Members of our party were served cold food and my bacon was old tasting and not hot so greasy. The waitress was very nice and one of our 9 meals was comped. My only problem with my room was the height of the bed. I am 5'4" and have some back issues. I could not get into bed. Looking around I found a sturdy garbage can, turned it over and used it as a step stool. I think a small stool should be available in every room to aid short people getting into your ridiculously high beds.

The hotel is centrally, located near Pike market and the light rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi along with the steam room.

This may not be related to Hyatt, but I did not care for the attached restaurant. I felt slighted by the waitress because I did not want a meal just dessert. I could tell by her expression that the waitress was not happy. After taking my order, I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to receive my dessert which was basically just ice cream. It never came so I got up and left.

The room was spacious and the bed excellent, small refridgerator, coffee/tea maker in the room, free water refill stations at each floor, but what made the stay super was the pool, some 20 meters long open from 5.30 in the morning, very convenient! The hotel is 15 min walk from the seafront promenade and 5 min walk from the convention center, overal a good location.

The only thing that could be improved, would be if the fixed shower head was acompanied by a movable one, also water pressure was not very high.

The room was larger than I expected, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little flat, but not enough to give a poor rating. The location is easy access to Pike's Place, the link station, and if needed to walk from Lumen Field back to hotel due to Link over crowded/too long of wait, it's not awful an awful walk, even with kids. Appreciated valet parking on site, being able to check bags at front desk prior to and after stay.

Nothing. We were quite happy with our stay.

The location was perfect for the activities planned, nothing was more than a 15 minute walk away. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the shower was modern. I appreciated the carbon neutral building. The saline pool and hot tub were great.

Idk if this can be blamed on Hyatt or a 3rd party but there is a pizza dispensing machine in the coffee shop in the lobby but it didn't work when we got back to the hotel from the bar after hours. It was a bummer, we really wanted to pizza and to try that machine

The children 10 and 7 enjoyed being in the 15th floor. The view according to them was amazing. They loved the pool, hot tub and the restaurant. We all enjoyed the stay even though parking was $59 a night. We took yellow cabs everywhere, It was better than driving around looking for a parking spot. An exciting adventure for my grandsons. We visited the space needle and the Chihuly gardens, both were amazing.

This stay was the second time I had properly stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the ease of access to everything. The hot tub was also fantastic.

My travel group had two rooms booked and the staff charged my card for both rooms rather than putting the 2nd room on the card of my travel group member who's name was on that room.

The hotel was close to the theatre, which is why we chose it. The pool and spa area were perfect, soft music playing very enjoyable.. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was great the pillows were too soft and just folded up to nothing. I do like firmer pillows and wish that was on offer. Also, there was nowhere to eat. We chose it because we could eat there, but the restaurant was closed, which was unfortunate.
