The location was superb! Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was fantastic. Only wish there were more meat choices like turkey bacon or chicken sausages.

The wood floors were gorgeous BUT they are not senior citizens friendly. The rolling office chair was very difficult to get in and out of for a senior citizen as there was no carpet to grip the wheels to hold it steadily. Very dangerous for an 80 year old. Also would have been nice to have a sitting chair next to the sofa in the suite rooms. The parking spots were VERY tight and hard to navigate as they ended at a dead end and hard to turn around

Pretty good breakfast as included hotel breakfasts go, and super friendly staff. There were even loaner umbrellas that came in handy.

During the time it took to get our things out of the car (which we parked in temporary parking) and get to the front desk, someone checked in using the app and snagged the room which we were told was ready and available. We had to find something to do for several hours before they had another room ready. If a room is indicated as available to a guest already on site, there needs to be a way to lock it down so someone using the app cannot take it.

Great location in the downtown area. Close to river and walkable restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite decent. I had the corner queen balcony suite, which was VERY spacious inside.

My ONLY downside to this stay was not being aware of how noisy the balcony would be (given the location) in the mornings/afternoons for rush hour. I have stayed at Hamptons with outside balconies but never had one this noisy. So the price point for a room with a balcony was way too much for the inability to enjoy the balcony...outside of 9pm-11pm.

I requested a room with a balcony when booking and had an email stating it was accommodated. When we arrived it did not have a balcony. I didn't know it was a particular room that needed to be booked. But the lady when we went to check out made up for it and that was very appreciated. She explained that it was a different room that needed to be booked that comes with the balcony. We will book correctly next time. The room was quieter than others I had stayed at and that was nice. We will book again.

Not enough pillows and the ones we had were to soft for my liking.

The hotel is in the center of the town, which means you can walk to the aquarium, the zoo, the river front, restaurants, convenience stores. Breakfast is good, there are a lot of options. Waffle makers, cereal bar, warm food, juice machine, coffee options. The lobby bar is also good, it does close at 10pm.

The bathroom didnt have a fan, so for a family of 3 staying in a room, it made the bathroom extra steamy. We asked for extra pillows, there wasnt any. We asked for extra towels, we were told they would be sent up, we never received them. TO BE FAIR- the hotel on this particular weekend was COMPLETELY BOOKED! They had 3 large parties staying onsite.

The staff was amazing! A hotel down the street advertised an indoor pool but didn’t have one operating, so we were able to switch hotels the next day and everyone at Hampton was SO nice. They let us swim (our kids) while we waited for our room to be ready. They helped us get two rooms right across form each other. We needed more conditioner and it was bright up immediately. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time.

I always stay here and really like the breakfast and the easy assessibility to where I need to be. The front desk staff is very efficient.

Upon check in, I went directly to my room. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned-- one bed was messy and not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and explained my situation and they immediately moved me to another room. My stay ended up being awesome.

Excellent! The staff was very accommodating to my early arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. The linens were clean and soft but could use some new pillows. Most Hilton properties have great pillows. Loved the fixed bath and shower products in the shower: the shower head and water pressure were great however the sink was terrible. The balcony was spacious and clean.

The breakfast lacked flavor and had very little fresh fruit. Another hot starch option like fries would have been nice as well as a Devon meat like bacon. The price of the hotel should afford this. The water in the bathroom sink and shower never got hot, just past luke warm.

The location was wonderful and we could easily walk to the places we wanted to go. Our room was accommodating and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

My only complaint with the room is that we did not have a bathtub. It was difficult having a toddler and having to attempt to get them in the shower. The fire alarm was also pulled and we were never told or given any explanation on what exactly happened. It would have been nice to have a staff member let us know that it was an accident and that everything was ok.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing-so friendly. They made you feel welcome! I loved how clean everything was and the closeness to everything surrounding. I also LOVED the blackout curtains.

My only complaint would be that the pillows were way to soft...even with two pillows I felt like I was laying completely flat. LOL.
