I had been with a loved one in Emergency for many hours, so to be able to stay so close (literally across the road from the Hospital) have a hot shower, a decent sleep, and a hot cuppa in the morning before heading back over to the Hospital, was a real blessing! Yes it's an older motel with small rooms but it was clean, warm and comfortable and that's exactly what I needed, thank you. The other great thing is that it is a 24 hour motel. I didn't leave the hospital and come over to my room until closer to midnight and there was excellent lighting and parking right outside my door.

The room was good; it had everything I wanted out of a 'budget' priced motel. The take-away chicken place on the premises was a bonus. Being on the highway was a double-edged sword, convenient but a bit noisy, but not too much, although I did stay Saturday night, which is usually quiet-ish.

Nothing really. It can be a bit noisy with the highway noise, but that's to be expected and little can be done about that. But it was good value for the price.

This motel definetly beyond my expectation, thought it will be creepy and not comfy (i made booking because most other places with same price are fully booked) But ended up so satisfy, room is clean and comfy. I park my car just at the front of my door, so easy to access my stuff and packing up after. The room provide the essential stuff, microwave, kettle, dish and cutleries, hair dryer. All just convinient.

I would tell, it will hard if you not bring car. I only recommend this motel if you drive or take taxi everywhere.

Location, room facilities. The fridge and air-conditioning both worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent. Table and chair provided. Microwave with plates etc. Bedside light worked.

No bath mat. Bed needed to be remade as the sheets were halfway down the bed. No exhaust in shower but it really was not needed.

The room was comfortable and warm. it even had a TV and bathroom facilities which I appreciated.

The only thing I was annoyed about was the self-paying system to formally pay for my stay. There was no person there to be the motel operator. There was eventually a support person ( I forget his name) and he was very patient and helpful. There was a technical problem with the "Robo-booking" system, but it was sorted out the old fashioned way as there was a problem with the "system". One could pay with cash but only the exact amount was accepted and no change is given if you don't have the correct amount. I can live with this but I wasn't aware fully of the setup from the online information. Once settled all went very well.

Ideally located as a stopover to rest and recover before heading west or into Sydney for an early start this is as low frills as it gets but offers the basics well. Bedding comfortable and warm, room clean (I’ve staying in some expensive places that have never seen a vacuum), warm shower and fluffy towels. Room well equipped to get you on your way with crockery, kettle, microwave, iron. Though described as “small”, our room was huge!

I had earplugs but I’d imagine location between railway and highway would get noisy otherwise.

Staff we're helpful and friendly. Room was well sized, easy to get around in, clean and had the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Good value for money. Easy to find on highway, plenty of parking great for an overnight stop.

Automatic Check-in system didn't work - required contacting on call staff to rectify and get access to room. Problem was resolved quickly however it was inconvenient after a long drive.

i only have 1 issue there was somethink in jug was brown and stinging after boiled i went bought my own jug i probaly should have showed staff but didnt want to sound like a complainer but it hasnt put me off staying with you ill defiantly be back

Ev charger. Fridge and microwave in room. Nice big window with a view of trees. Electric blanket. Hot water. Easy netflix connection on tv. Biggish room.

Traffic Noise on Friday night was loud, but was able to drown it out with the constant heater noise, which was more soothing. Saturday nights traffic was very light so turned heater off.

I was visiting with a group performing at the Blackheath Choir Festival on Sunday. I only needed overnight accommodation for the weekend tour. Breakfast was provided by tour organisers, but the accommodation was warm and comfortable for my short stay
