We’ve been reading good reviews about this place and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great, 5 mins walk to the beach area. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, church (we went there during easter). The staffs are very approachable and helpful. Front desk personnel are very welcoming. The room is spacious enough and clean. We utilized the pool and jacuzzi. There’s also fireplace outside the hotel. Free breakfast is awesome with eggs, bacon/ sausage, biscuit and gravy. You get to make your own waffle if you like. Free water by the entrance. It is a family and pet friendly place. Highly recommended! Would like to go back here!

Location was close to food and attractions. I liked the cleanliness. The staff was helpful and courteous and very enjoyable breakfast - biscuits and gravy were really good, along with sausage and eggs. Enjoyed the Beekman's toiletry products. Complimentary bicycles, helmets, pool, hot tub, and workout room were great! Great job decorating for my husband's birthday even though it was a last-minute request!

A car's alarm was going off in the parking lot in the front of the property throughout the night and into the morning. As a result, it was a bit of a sleepless night. If owner could not be reached, perhaps call in a locksmith or come up with some other contingency plan so as not to inconvenience all the guests on that side of the hotel.

Location! We have stayed here several times and it’s our favorite place to stay. We enjoy the pool because it’s heated and uses saltwater. Except this time, the pool seemed like it wasn’t heated. I was shivering in the pool and stayed in the hot tub. We miss the room spray by Beekman. Didn’t get one the last few times we stayed. I always recommend this hotel to friends and family. Will continue to stay here!

The pool was cold and the hot tub seemed dirty while I was in it. The lamp on the desk wouldn’t turn off in room 208 so I had to unplug it. The alarm was set for 6am and I had to quickly figure how to turn it off. I did not set it. Maybe it’s set to default? Every neighbor next to us came and went for breakfast. The doors auto slam shut and rattle the doors. It’s extremely loud when you’re sleeping in the mornings. The elevator is very slow. Took the stairs every time.

Breakfast was standard fare but good, parking was nice, room was modern and cool, very pet and kid friendly, good amenities. Would definitely stay here but plan to stay longer than 1 night. There is no bad view from any of the hotel rooms in this place!

This is super nit picky but I wish breakfast was more robust from chain hotel standards and other activities available to guests were mentioned on check in such as rental for bikes, smores kits, coloring page/crayon rental kits, and equipment for bonfires. I learned so much after our stay that I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the offerings.

Second time we have stayed here. Super nice staff. The rooms are decent sized, clean and with comfy beds. Cookies when checking in.

It was cold outside but boiling in the room - only way to cool it was to turn on AC. We got a corner room with a very small bathroom - the sink was outside the bathroom (kind of in the entry way) with no hooks for towels. balcony overlooks the parking lot so not much of a perk The breakfast is pretty bad in that there are not any healthy options, even the yogurt and oatmeal are the kinds loaded with sugar and the eggs look like they are made from powder. . Everything is highly processed. Coffee is meh. For the money they should improve on this.

Location, modern decor, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub as well as inviting lobby and outdoor fire pit and kids play area.

The cooling and heating seamed to be off. It was hot and extremely muggy in the building. Our air conditioner/fan was not very effective at regulating the temperature. There was no food when we came down to enjoy the free breakfast. The dining area was full/no open seating, and it seemed the cook couldn’t kele up with the amount of guests who were eating. There was sand in our beds when we checked in to our room and the carpet smelled like wet dog. The room we were in was next to a utility closet/area next to the elevator rm 221. It was very noisy at night and early morning when we were trying to sleep. Our upstairs neighbor was extremely loud.

We had a great time visiting Seaside. By fluke, our visit turned out to be the same weekend as the Hood to Coast race. When I realized this I was nervous that the town and beach would be too crowded but thankfully the event organizers did a great job spacing out the runners so we were not impacted. And added bonus, we had a great time cheering on the runners!

Rental costs along the coast overall are getting outrageously overpriced. Because of this we will look to other locations for future vacation destinations. The only reason I paid the price this time, was that the original stay I booked had fallen through but that rate was half the price of what we paid at Saltline and was across the street from it so it was virtually the same. I understand that hotels/rentals increase their prices during peak events/dates but there's no need to price gouge. It impacts the experience and prevents repeat customers.

Very cozy feel and modern, but not overdone throughout whole hotel. Appreciated the fact that the room, linens and towels did not smell like laundry detergent since I am allergic to fragrance in detergents. Bed was very comfortable, liked that the linens were of a soft quality, so they weren't cold to sleep with. Pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure and available hot water was great! Loved the Beekman shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Simple, tasty, but lovely breakfast options. Towels are soft and absorbant. Really tasty cookies were free and available at front desk. Hotel staff was very nice! Really enjoyed my stay. Was very fun to borrow one of their bikes! Can't wait to stay again sometime!

Doors do close rather loud, BUT (!) guests just need to be personally mindful of this. Other than that, everything was great! :D

Great staff! Everyone was super friendly. This place is very family friendly. So many activities are available in the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection of items to choose from. The location is hard to beat. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. They even sent texts when our room was ready and sent text the morning of checkout with the checkout time and other information. This is a plus plus because I'm antisocial.

We got a king room that came with only a shower. Our 3 year old son is not a fan of showers, so bath time was rough.

This place is great. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and tasteful but in an actually thoughtful, functional, and well constructed way. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in too. Very dog friendly, on arrival they gave us a tote with extra bowls, poop bags and a towel for our pup. Everyone working here was so kind. And a 12pm check out time?! I didn’t want to leave!

Breakfast had a lot of options, but was chaotic because this place is very family friendly, which is great! But there were sooo many kids (and only one toaster) making it impossible for anyone else to navigate anything other than grabbing a scoop of eggs and sausage and coffee and getting the hell out of there.
